Verizon's Go Unlimited plan is getting a new feature next week.
Starting January 25, the Verizon Go Unlimited plan will include Mexico and Canada. That means that customers can use their unlimited talk, text, and data in Mexico and Canada just like they do in the U.S.
One detail worth noting is that 4G LTE data usage in Mexico and Canada will be capped at 500MB per day. Data used beyond that limit will be at 2G speeds until midnight EST that day.
Also coming to Go Unlimited will be unlimited calling from the U.S. to Canada.
These features have been included with Verizon's Beyond Unlimited plan since these two plans launched last year, so it's nice to see that they'll soon be available on the cheaper Go Unlimited plan, too.
