When the Honor 8 launched last year, it received a lot of praise for being a solid unlocked Android phone that was affordable, too. And thanks to Amazon, it’s even more affordable now.
The Honor 8 is now available from Amazon for $277.12, which is more than $100 off its regular price of $399.99. That price is good for the unlocked 32GB model, which includes a microSD slot. If you’d like more built-in storage, though, you can spring for the 64GB model for $396.76.
At the time of publication, Amazon says that new orders of the the 32GB Honor 8 won’t ship until April 17, but you can still order now and get the discounted price.
As a refresher, the Honor 8 features a 5.2-inch 1920x1080 display, dual 12-megapixel cameras (one monochrome and one color), an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, 4GB of RAM, an octa-core Kirin 950 processor, and a 3000mAh battery. Also of note is that it was updated to Android 7.0 Nougat earlier this year.
When our friends at Android and Me reviewed the Honor 8 last year, they came away impressed, touting the phone’s long battery life and solid camera performance. So if you’re in the market for a solid Android phone that’s both affordable and unlocked, the Honor 8 is definitely worth a look.
