As expected, HTC is now taking pre-orders for its Vive virtual reality headset. Orders are expected to begin shipping on April 5. When the Oculus Rift VR went up for pre-order in January, the first shipments were expected to begin shipping in March, but ship dates quickly started getting pushed back by months. That means that if you want to be among the first to get a Vive into your home, you’re going to want to get your pre-order in quickly.
