It’s time for another version of the Samsung Galaxy S5 to get updated to Android 5.0.
T-Mobile is now pushing Android 5.0 Lollipop to its Galaxy S5. The update weighs in at a beefy 939.59MB in size and is rolling out over the air and through Samsung’s Kies update software. Neither T-Mobile nor Samsung have shared an official changelog for the update, but T-Mobile Galaxy S5 should see a few Android 5.0-inspired design tweaks and updated Samsung apps.
If you’re rocking a T-Mobile Galaxy S5, you can check for this update by heading into Settings > About device > Software update. Since the update is nearly 1GB in size, it might take a bit to download and install it, but the jump to Android 5.0 will be worth the wait.
