Apple has launched the iPhone Dev Center, a page on developer.apple.com devoted to "Resources and tools for developing web apps."  Don't get too excited - this isn't a preview or leak of that forthcoming iPhone SDK that will finally lead to Cupertino-sanctioned third party apps running natively on iPhone.  Instead, the Dev Center is all about making your Web 2.0 sites run better on iPhone.  Worthwhile, for sure, but not the opening of Pandora's Box that the SDK will hopefully bring come February.

Molson (makers of find Canadian beer) is running a contest and offering an iPhone as one of the prizes.  So?  So, the iPhone listed is a Rogers iPhone, which is the closest thing yet to a confirmation of our friends to the north finally getting legitimate iPhones of their own.  According to Mobile in Canada, the Molson ad lists January 2008 as the availability date for the Rogers-locked iPhone.
