Facebook Home - as an app - has been out for a few days now, and along with it, the HTC First from AT&T, HTC, and Facebook.  It's the first device that's built for Facebook Home out of the box, and at $99, is a respectable little Android smartphone.  But back to Facebook Home.  In addition to a customized lock screen, the experience itself is relatively fluid and easy to use.  Chat Heads are present, along with custom menus that display the most frequent applications.  It's a unique overlay, but unlike HTC Sense or Samsung's TouchWiz, it can be turned off to expose the HTC First's stock build of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
