Aaron takes a look at the Samsung Galaxy Express, a new smartphone from Samsung and AT&T.  Coming to the carrier in time for the holidays, the Galaxy Express packs a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 CPU, 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, 5-megapixel camera with 720p HD video recording, and Android 4.0 with TouchWiz.  It's not quite a Galaxy S III, but brings some of Samsung's best features to a mid-range price point.
