A lot happened last week in the case between Samsung and Apple. Apple won a preliminary injunction against the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, making the phone banned in the US. However, Samsung appealed the decision and won a temporary stay of the injunction. On top of that, Google created a software work-around that allowed the Galaxy Nexus to go back on sale in the US. More good news for Samsung, a UK judge ruled that the Galaxy Tabs do not infringe on the iPad's design. Interestingly, the judge not only said that the tablets' details were enough to differentiate them from each other but also that the Tabs were "not as cool" as the iPad. (So, if Apple appeals this decision, does that mean that they are admitting that the Tabs ARE as soon as the iPad?) In other news, a leaked roadmap shows us when we can expect new BlackBerry 10 devices and we heard more rumors about the Galaxy Note 2. All of this and more are discussed in this week's episode of The Dog Pound.
