It was just around a month and a half ago that HTC One max owners on Sprint began receiving their Android 4.4.2 and Sense 5.5 update, but apparently Sprint and HTC feel like giving those folks another treat today.
Sprint and HTC have announced that a new update is rolling out to the One max that includes one big feature from each of them. HTC is giving users a bump up to its Sense 6 overlay, while Sprint is gifting them with Wi-Fi Calling support.
The update bumps Sprint’s One max up to software version 3.02.651.5 and is available for customer request starting today, May 8. In order to seek out the update, you One max folk can head into Settings > System updates > HTC software update > Check Now. If, for some reason, you’d prefer to wait for Sprint to push the update to you, Ol’ Yellow says that it’ll begin to push the new software out in batches on May 13.
If you’re rocking a Sprint One max, be sure to swing by the comments section after you update and give us your first impressions of Sense 6!
