We continue our march into December today, and unfortunately for Windows Phone fans on Verizon, we're still without an official Nokia Lumia 929 announcement. The good news is that there's been a steady stream of leaks to feed the appetites of those users that last saw a new Windows Phone back in May, and today that flow continues to do its thing.
Following up on a batch of Lumia 929 images that were posted earlier this week, the folks over at PhoneArena have procured another batch of photos from a person that's apparently scored Nokia and Verizon's next collaboration ahead of its official introduction. While there's no earth-shattering new information that's revealed in these latest shots, they do give us another decent look at the front of the Lumia 929 and also show its storage screen, which backs up the rumor that the device will come with 32GB of onboard storage.
Along with its 32GB of storage, the Lumia 929 is expected to come to market with a 5-inch 1080p display, quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor and 20-megapixel PureView-branded camera. Should all of those features hold true, the 929 ought to make for quite an upgrade to the 928. It'll also be interesting to see how users react to the Lumia 929 compared to its Lumia 1520 sibling, which shares many of the same specs but boasts a pocket-stretching 6-inch display.
If you were shopping for a new Windows Phone and had narrowed your search to the Lumia 929 and Lumia 1520, which would you select?
