HTC One is the one smartphone to beat. Top of the link materials and a well-compiled software interface makes it even better than it first seems. Beats Audio and LTE on nationwide carriers is a plus. The iPhone 5 retains its place as a heavy contender, with LTE, the App Store, and the famous Retina display. It is aging however and due for a refresh later this summer, so buying it now would mostly be a folly. The Galaxy S 4 is one of my favorites. It's everything an Android phone should be, and then some. While it misses the mark in materials (it's made of plastics), LTE, Super AMOLED HD, quad-core, and lots of pixels makes it one of the best smartphones ever made. The Nexus 4. A grandpa. Leave it be. Coming in white. Showing its age. Not a fan of the Lumia 928. It lacks 'oopmh', and only being on AT&T restricts possible user base. Also, its design is getting old. |
