The HTC One still holds my prestigious first place award for build quality, software, and basically everything on the HTC One. It's now turned into my every day driver instead of my iPhone 5. At last the S4 is now on the list for the ratings. I've been using an International Model S4 for about a week now and I love it. I can deal with the plastic build quality for the beautiful display and mega fast octa-core processor on the international build. For us Americans.... quad-core. Eh. The Apple iPhone 5 drops one more place since my last weeks ratings, it's still high quality, fast, but the hardware now looks quite old and out of date. And with Tim Cook's announcement saying no new products until fall, we will be stuck with the iPhone 5 or a bit longer. The Samsung Galaxy S3 will be my fourth place holder for its value. You can grab one for as little as $99 and have a mega fast device with a gorgeous display. The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 wraps up my ratings because its big and fast. The notepad features still find use in my daily life when I attend meetings where I have to jot down some hand written notes. |
