Motorola and Verizon have a history of introducing new color options for the various models in their line of DROID RAZR smartphones, and today that tradition has continued with the DROID RAZR HD and DROID RAZR M. Both devices are now available in blue from Verizon's website, with pricing set at $99.99 on contract for the DROID RAZR HD and $0 with a two-year commitment for the DROID RAZR M. The original black and white versions of the two handsets are still available as well.
The DROID RAZR M has already been sold in black, white and pink options as well as a Best Buy-exclusive platinum color, and so this blue version just adds to the list of paint jobs that the M has received in its lifetime. However, the DROID RAZR HD has only been available in black or white so far, so the new blue unit could be a good choice for folks that are interested in the RAZR HD but would like a handset with just a bit more color. It's always good to have more color choices when it comes time to buy a new smartphone, and today's releases just go to show that as long as there are DROID RAZR devices available, Verizon customers will have at least a couple of different paint jobs to choose from when shopping for a unit to call their own.
