The HTC One is finally available via a U.S. carrier now and remained the People's Choice for the number one smartphone.  We will see in the coming weeks if it can maintain it's dominance of the Official Smartphone Rankings.

I picked up the phone on Friday the day it came out. Let me tell you what the SOUND is amazing! The feel and look of the phone is stunning. Not to mention the camera is probably the best I have had on a phone. Plenty of light gets in no matter what. I am probably a medium user so I get about a day plus a bit more out of my battery. Could use a bigger battery but which phone couldn't? I think for most android users this is the phone we have been waiting for.
