Back to normal voting business after celebrating an exciting one year anniversary week for the Official Smartphone Rankings.  The Samsung Galaxy Note II found it's way back to the #1 position for a second straight week after falling to the BlackBerry Z10.  Will it hold onto #1 for another week with the arrival of the HTC One?  Only your votes will tell.

I have totally enjoyed the device. It has great speed no lag, good display. Phone is not as big as you think. Fits perfectly in pocket or purse for women. It's a eye catcher. When I see people with IPHONE 5 I pull my GN2 out and watch the jealousy.
