There have been several unannounced Nokia Windows Phone device leaks in recent weeks, including the Lumia 920, Lumia 820 and Glory. Now we've got another to add to the list, as The Verge claims that Nokia is cooking up a Windows Phone 8 device codenamed "Zeal." The Zeal is said to slot into the mid-range area of Nokia's product lineup with a spec sheet that reportedly includes a 4.3-inch display, 1GHz dual-core processor, 512MB RAM, 8GB of storage and a microSD slot. Interestingly, the body of the Zeal is described as fusing Nokia's unibody style with a design that's described as "Zune-like." The Zune products were Microsoft-made personal media players.
When it comes to launch details, the Zeal is allegedly slated for a debut sometime in early 2013. Unfortunately for us, it doesn't sound like the device is going to be shown at Nokia and Microsoft's big event tomorrow, meaning that we'll have to wait to see what this Zune-like design actually looks like. Considering how frequently we've been seeing Nokia's new products leak out, though, the wait may not actually be that long. Does a Nokia Windows Phone 8 device with a design resembling that of a Zune pique anyone's interest?
