The HTC DROID Incredible 4G LTE may have recently begun appearing on Verizon's promotional materials, but the handset is still absent from the carrier's shelves. And if a new rumor from the folks at Droid-Life is to be believed, that won't be changing for at least another couple of weeks. The site has apparently been told by several sources that Verizon may be planning to launch the Incredible 4G LTE in July, with July 5 being thrown out at a possible launch date.

When Verizon officially introduced the DROID Incredible 4G LTE in early May, it said that the device would be launching sometime "in the coming weeks." Since then, though, the folks at Big Red have been silent when it comes to the Incredible 4G LTE. Obviously this report of a July debut is still a rumor, especially since there's been no hard evidence to back it up yet, but at least folks interested in the DInc 4G LTE now have a date to circle on their calendar.
