Tablet 600
ASUS did quite a bit of teasing for its Computex 2012 announcements, but today the company stopped dropping hits and started dropping actual products. First up, we've got a pair of Windows tablets, the Tablet 600 and Tablet 810. The Tablet 600 is the smaller of the pair, featuring a 10.1-inch 1366x768 Super IPS+ touchscreen as well as a quad-core Tegra 3 processor, 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. The Tablet 600 runs Windows RT (the version of Windows 8 meant for use with ARM processors) and, like the Android-powered Transformers we've come to know, it features support for a keyboard dock.
Moving up a bit in size is the ASUS Tablet 810, which packs an 11.6-inch 1366x768 Super IPS+ display that features 10-point multi-touch and Wacom digitizer support. Also included is an Intel Atom processor, 2GB RAM, 64GB of internal storage and Windows 8. Just like its smaller Tablet 600 sibling, the Tablet 810 supports a detachable keyboard dock.
Next up we've got the ASUS TAICHI, one of the devices that had its own special teaser last week. The TAICHI looks like a traditional notebook computer, but it actually features a double-sided LED display, with a touchscreen on its lid. Available in 11.6-inch and 13.3-inch models, the TAICHI features a Intel Ivy Bridge Core i7 processor, 4GB RAM, SSD storage, and cameras. The displays feature a resolution of 1920x1080, and the touchscreen on the lid of the device is of the Super IPS+ variety. The ASUS Transformer Book is a device that the company touts as "the world's first convertible notebook." Available with an 11.6-inch, 13-inch or 14-inch Full HD IPS touchscreen, the Transformer Book can be used either as a traditional laptop or, if you're not in a keyboard-y mood, you can detach the display and use it as a tablet. Specs include an Intel Core i7 processor, 5-megapixel rear and HD front-facing cameras, 4GB RAM, USB 3.0 support and a full QWERTY keyboard.
Finally, ASUS unwrapped the Transformer AiO. Described as "part tablet, part All-in-One PC," the Transformer AiO is a desktop computer with an 18.4-inch 10-point multi-touch display that runs both Windows 8 and, after the press of a button, also runs Android. The 18.4-inch screen can be removed from its base to be used as a wireless display or as a large Android tablet.
So there's ASUS's new Windows 8 tablet offerings, which actually isn't all that the company announced at Computex 2012 today (new monitors and routers were also introduced). While there are still a lot of details about these devices that are up in the air, the fact that there are several new and different Windows 8 products in the pipeline from ASUS and others is pretty exciting for anyone looking forward to giving Microsoft's new OS a go. ASUS Transformer AiO
Part tablet, part All-in-One PC, the Transformer AiO is an innovative device that can seamlessly switch between both, and features dual operating systems to give users the option of switching between Windows and Android to suit their needs. Engineered to work with Windows 8, the Transformer AiO features an extended 18.4" 10-point multi-touch LED-backlit display which can be easily removed from its base station to become a wireless display for the AiO PC, extending the range of the PC and allowing users to continue with their work anywhere in the home. The display can also be converted into an Android-based tablet for the home with the press of a button.

The ASUS Tablet 600 (Windows RT) utilizes the NVIDIA® Tegra® 3 quad-core processor and 12-core GPU for outstanding mobile graphics performance; it also has 2GB RAM and a 32GB eMMC for user storage. The 600's 10.1" display with 1366 x 768 resolution features Super IPS+ technology for excellent readability both indoors and out.
