Last night a mysterious Samsung-made Sprint device with the model number SPH-L300 appeared in a leaked photo, and now another unannounced Now Network-bound device has found its way online. This time we're looking at an LG handset with the model number LS970. According to BriefMobile, the LS970 is known internally as the "G," but may be dubbed "Eclipse 4G LTE" once it hits shelves. What you see in that image above is purportedly the LGS970's backside, complete with what appears to be a camera hump.
On the spec side of things, the LS970's got a pretty impressive list of features (as long as the leak is accurate, of course). The device is said to feature a 4.67-inch 1280x768 touchscreen, 13-megapixel rear and 1.3-megapixel front cameras and a body that measures 8.6mm thick. Purportedly packed inside that body is a Qualcomm APQ8064 chipset with a 1.5GHz quad-core Krait processor and Adreno 320 GPU, 16GB storage, 2GB RAM and a 2,100mAh battery powering the whole show. Now put your wallet away, because unfortunately the LS970 isn't expected to hit until sometime in the fourth quarter of this year. That's certainly a ways off, but hey, perhaps we'll get another leak to whet our appetites before then. Stay tuned.
