Are you a Verizon customer who's gotten the urge to pick up the Samsung Galaxy Nexus with all of the talk of it hitting Sprint tomorrow? If so, try to hold out until Monday. A new Verizon minimum advertised price (MAP) list has been leaked by Droid-Life, and it shows that the Verizon Galaxy Nexus will be receiving a $100 price cut on April 23rd, bringing it down to $199.99 on contract. Interestingly, the MAP also shows all of the DROID RAZR variants and the RAZR MAXX will have their time on the list ended tomorrow, suggesting that a new model, like the rumored DROID RAZR HD, may not be far off.
With Sprint's Galaxy Nexus landing in stores tomorrow for $199.99 with a two-year contract, it's not a surprise to see that Verizon may be cutting the price of its own Galaxy Nexus variant to the same price. Still, it's a welcome price drop, giving customers the chance to bite into Ice Cream Sandwich for $100 less than the Galaxy Nexus's current price. How many of you are currently rocking a Galaxy Nexus or are thinking about picking one up soon?
