When Verizon introduced the Motorola DROID 4 back at CES, the only availability information that the carrier gave up was that the 4G LTE slider would be arriving sometime in the coming weeks. Fast-forward a few weeks later and we're still without any official DROID 4 launch or pricing details. If a new rumor is to be believed, though, the device may not be much farther out. According to sources speaking to Droid-Life, the latest QWERTY-packin' member of the DROID family is currently expected to arrive on February 9th. Pricing is said to be set at $199.99 with a two-year contract, which lines up with a recently-leaked Verizon minimum advertised price list.
So will the DROID 4 indeed land next week? It's certainly possible. Previously we heard that a February 2nd launch may be in the cards, and although there's a chance that that could still be the case, a release tomorrow is seemingly becoming less likely as the today goes on. Of course, whenever the DROID 4 finally does decide to show its face in Verizon stores, you can bet that we'll let you know. Any of you thinking about picking up the DROID 4 when it arrives?
