So Verizon finally announced that it's launching the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. That's great! What it didn't announce, though, is exactly when the Nexus is coming or how much it's going to cost. That's not so great. The good news is that we've heard that November 10th could be the date that the Nexus makes its retail landing, and a new image sent to Android Central shows that that may still be the case. What you see above is a new Verizon minimum advertised price (MAP) list showing the Galaxy Nexus and HTC Rezound with $299.99 MAPs that are set to kick off on November 10th. Also on the list is the Motorola DROID RAZR with a MAP of $299.99 and a MAP start date of October 27th, which is the day that pre-orders of the device are set to kick off (with a release rumored for November 10th).
As I mentioned before, this isn't the first time we've heard that the Galaxy Nexus could be launching on November 10th. It's not even the first time we've seen it on a MAP list. That said, the fact that it and the Rezound are still showing on Verizon's MAP list as coming on the 10th isn't quite the same as an official launch announcement, but it's definitely encouraging. Better start saving your pennies now just to be on the safe side, Verizon folk.
