Despite the fact that Verizon announced its 4G LTE Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 early last month and then put it up for pre-order later in June, Big Red has yet to actually come forward and give a release date for the slate. Thanks to some enterprising tipsters, though, we don't have to wait any longer for Verizon to give up the LTE Tab 10.1's launch details. As you can see up above, the 4G slate will be making its way to Verizon stores on July 28th, aka this Thursday. Pricing hasn't changed from when it was first revealed in June, meaning you can expect to pay $529.99 for the 16GB model or $629.99 for the 32GB version. It's also worth mentioning that only the gray version of the Tab 10.1 will be in stores initially, so those of you lusting after the white model will need to get your device shipped to you via direct fulfillment.
It's kind of a bummer that we've had to wait nearly two months after Verizon made its Tab 10.1 official for it to actually hit shelves, but hey, the good news is that it's finally almost here. Anyone planning on grabbing the 4G LTE version of the slate that recently claimed the No. 1 spot on Taylor's top five tablets list?
