Earlier this month, we heard a rumor claiming that the next-gen iPhone would feature a larger display, and today evidence of that claim may have come to light. As you can see up above, a supposed iPhone 5 part which could very well be the digitizer panel for Apple's next handset has popped up on a Chinese reseller's website. There's no word on the size of the display, but it's possible that it's four inches, which would match up with previous rumors. Besides a larger screen, the part also has a thinner bezel on each side.
Considering how long Apple has stuck with the 3.5-inch screen size for the iPhone, it'd be quite a surprise if they ended up giving the new model a larger display than all of its predecessors. Still, as Android phones keep growing (the Infuse 4G sports a 4.5-inch screen), the iPhone's 3.5-incher keeps looking more and more miniscule. Where do you all stand on the issue? Would a 4-inch iPhone hit the sweet spot or will Apple stick with its tried-and-true 3.5-inch display?
