This is a pretty subjective list, since today's entry level phones do a lot more than just make calls.  I really like Rumor's combination of durability, value, style, and functionality.  The slide-out QWERTY keyboard appeals to today's text-hungry teens, and the low, low price is sure to be a hit with Mom and Dad.
