We like to make sure everyone is aware that their phones might experience mixed service until the port-in is finalized.  Mixed services means you may make calls from your new wireless phone, however incoming calls will ring to your old phone until the port-in is complete.  Once the port-in is complete, service with your old carrier will shut off automatically and your new wireless phone will have full service.
