Information about the U.S. release of the Samsung Galaxy S has been trickling out and now it looks like we may have some more solid information. Boy Genius Report has received some tips from one of their AT&T sources about three upcoming devices. The first is the Samsung i897, which could be called the Samsung Captivate when it is released on AT&T. The i897 is similar to the Galaxy S and its AMOLED touchscreen, which should have many people thinking about switching carriers. Next is the HTC Aria, which we showed you a photo of earlier. The Aria is rumored to have a 3-inch display, 3G, Wi-Fi, and a 5 megapixel camera. Last is the Samsung Eternity II, a.k.a. a597, which we have little information on at this point.
