Google Photos is learning a pretty neat new trick.
Google confirmed this week that Google Photos is gaining the ability to let you search your photos by the text in them. What's more, once you find the photo you're looking for, you can click the Lens button to copy the text from the photo and then paste it somewhere else.
This feature is starting to roll out this month. It's a pretty neat trick that could come in handy in certain situations, like if you're looking for the name of a place you visited or a specific phrase from a screenshot you took. So if you use Google Photos, be on the lookout for this new feature.
