AT&T Prepaid's device lineup is expanding.
The Alcatel Tetra is now available from AT&T's online store and will arrive in physical shops on September 14th. Pricing for the device is set at $39.99.
This low-cost Android 8.1 Oreo-powered smartphone features a 5-inch 854x480 display and a 5MP rear camera with LED flash, 720p video capture, and features like Panorama Mode and Night Mode. Alcatel also touts that the Tetra comes with a "twill-textured back" that'll make the device easier to hold.
Other features of the Alcatel Tetra include a 2MP front-facing camera, 16GB of built-in storage, a microSD card slot, and a 2050mAh battery. There's a 1.1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6739WM processor inside the Tetra's shell along with 2GB of RAM. Rounding things out is a 3.5mm headphone jack and a microUSB port for charging.
