For the love of God, don't go with Virgin Mobile!! I was paying for automatic top up for my daughter and son-in-law. The account was cancelled minutes after an automated payment. Obviously those minutes won't be used, but VM refuses to refund $70! I can't believe it!!! They're soooo bad, and the coverage area completely sucks. Go with ANY other carrier but them! Save yourself a whole lot of incredible frustration and hurt.

No service now for a week No warning No service at home address

Without warning my sevice at home disappeared I cannot send texts from home or receive them Phone doesn't work eitherCan get services if I drive to golf club!!Have tried phoning Virgin but its like trying to get into Fort Knox!!They are supposed to be in communications but don't seem to be able to keep in touch Will change providers as soon as I've used up credit

Honest review of Virgin mobile.

I can't say the rest of these reviews are real but I have been a no contract customer for over 5 years now and have not had any problems with the company or phones had sprint but couldn't afford them so I am glad to be out of their contract both myself and my son have the LG optimus elite and aside from normal battery issues will keep Virgin mobile calls are not dropped sound is normal as any other phone um I would recommend them for many reasons

Not Worth It

Pros: The phones are expensive, but they do have some neat ones. My internet works better than on my At&t phone I had before. No contract (biggest plus). Cons: The customer service is awful. You will NEVER speak to someone who really speaks English; the reps are almost impossible to understand and have a difficult time if you use words beyond a 5th grade level. It is very annoying. With how much money they make, Virgin Mobile could hire America, Canadian, British, or anyone else who speaks English for its English speaking customers. The voice quality is hit and miss. There is always something wrong whether it be my phone literally not working, them not giving me credit for paying my bill, texts not coming in for hours or more. Final word, stay away. I was really hoping to like this company after having such a negative experience with At&t, but no. It is just as bad. If they hired new reps, it would be way better, but until then, stay far, far away.

Get a plan with Verizon yes it's more expensive but it works. Company also double charged me.

My letter to them. Hi I entered into an account as pay as you go. I did not use your service for two weeks after my last payment expired. The phone was locked out by you for the two weeks so it could not be used. I have now changed the plan to an unlimited one but you want me to pay for the two weeks of lockout? Why would I do that on a Pay As You Go plan? If I am going to continue to use your service it must be that I do not back pay for your service while you have the service locked out?would you? Please respond before I purchase a new phone from a reasonable company. Thanks, Bob

had a mobile on contract. broke phone and wanted to change tarrif for the new phone, told that i would have to pay up the rest of contact (£170) before they would consider changing tarrif. Also moved address and no service where i now live.. Dont ever buy a phone with these tossers, poor service area with even poorer after sales.

Bought a phone, it didn't work. Exchanged the broken phone for new one, also didn't work. Decided to return the hone and ask for a refund, which is guaranteed for 30 days, but they claim that I lost my right to a refund because I had my first phone (the broken one) replaced. They are liars. Avoid this company.

Virgin Mobile is terrible. I don't even have service at my house! I never have service anywhere basically,an if i do..its like one bar or two. Most the time one. Do not get it. Its the worse service i'v had.

Fuck Virgin Mobile

Ive had virgin mobile for 2 years, its a cheap service so i didnt expect the best. But i did expect the customer service to still treat me the best. Ive never once had a polite person to talk to. Ive called 5 times just today for get airtime added to my account and its just IMPOSSIBLE for them to so. They are rude and dont give a shit about you. If it wasnt for such rude customer service i'd consider staying with Virgin mobile. But Since they are all ass holes, im Done with it. Good luck to everyone else!
