Better than the others

The good: Able to get signal where others can'tThe bad: Still some dead spotsSummary: I have tried Sprint and Cingular along with Verizon and by far Verizon can get a signal where these other 2 can not. Granted, it is far from perfect and there are a few dead spots, but it is a far cry from both Sprint and Cingular, which has more dead spots. For now anyway, Verizon is my choice of carriers in this area.

Verizon Review in Escambia County

The good: We really have had good service with Verizon so far. We are satisfied with the service. The staff in the stores have been friendly and helpful. Easy online bill pay is convenient also.The bad: The stupid Razor phones we have are horrible. They have so many defects that we've had to return our phones twice each for replacements. The software is a problem with them too. If i had to do it again, I would not get a razor phone, but would stick with the Verizon company for sure. Summary: We are pleased with the Verizon service, however feel that our Razor phones are junk. It's always something with them-----from the software to the actual phone falling apart. Verizon has been really good about taking care of the repairs, however. We visit northern Montana often and Verizon is the only service we have success with in this area. Overall, we're pleased with the service, just not the junky phone we chose from them!

The good: I really like just about everything about Verizon. The bad: I have a few dropped calls occasionallySummary: I would basically recommend verizon to anyone. Between having a large selection of the latest and greatest phones along with having excellent customer service it's really a no brainer.

I love verizon

The good: I love the customer service that I receive with verizon.The bad: I only have one or 2 spots where I have no service and nothing really bad to say about verizon.Summary: I live in a rural area and I have great reception with verizon and I love the friendly service that I always get with this company.What can I say it works for me!

The good: Verizon's broad customer base allows me to talk to most of my friends and family for free with in-network calling.The bad: The commercials led me to believe that Verizon offered coverage everywhere, but as a traveling social worker, I have found that I do not have coverage in many places.Summary: I would recommend Verizon to others because they have far better service than other cell phone carriers that I have used in the past. Verizon has fewer dropped calls and with its in-network calling, I can talk to more people for free.

The good: I don't get many dropped calls which is nice.The bad: I can't always get reception in certain areas.Summary: The people at customer service are pretty nice. They're very helpful if you go over your minutes and it costs you alot. They've credited my account to help me out once. On the other side, not all of them are knowledgable in everything and I have gotten mixed answers.

The good: It's a ok service. Not the best, have had better.The bad: a lot of dropped calls, service not everywhere. not great when in the house, works better outdoorsSummary: Verizon service is not the best when choosing a carrier. It does have a lot of good family plans for the price. You do get a lot of dropped calls and service is not in all areas. Customer service is good, reps are very helpful.
