No Major Probelms

Posted on: January 3rd, 2010 by William Moore

The good: Great Coverage in my area, extremely pleasant Representatives, good corp Discount threw my JobThe bad: Some representatives either not properly trained or just don't want to work, HTC Dash Phones (avoid) Summary: I have been with TMobile for a year or so. Came from Sprint. I have not really had issues with them except for the Dash Line of phones. I had the original Dash (crap) and now I have the 3G Dash (still crap) just not as bad. Getting a different phone soon though.Overall pretty good service, I don't have issues with dropped calls, or text not going through. I will agree, it is aggravating some times to get someone that is not American or in America for that matter, but if you have the patience some of the reps can be quite good.

T Mobile is not a good option

Posted on: December 15th, 2009 by Lee Smith

The good: Customer services is bad, your plan may change without you knowing unless you see a change in your bill. I got 3 phones by mail, and as of now, this new Sidekick still doesn't work. I had 3 sidekicks in the last 4 months and still having promblems. The bad: Cheaper plans and that's it.Summary: I left Verizon wireless thinking I would get better services and I regret, I should've stayed with Verizon. I never had so much drama about my bill or phone until now. I left Verizon because the was expensive but as of now, I rather pay more to have better services.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE COMCAST

Posted on: December 13th, 2009 by Irene Warren

The good: Customer service is pathetic. The bad: Affordable.Summary: This company has the worst customer service ever. I spent 10 hours on the phone and 4 in the store simply trying to get 2 phones connected. Every single thing each rep told me was different from what the previous one had said. Calling the customer service line, it is impossible to speak to someone who isn't in India, which would be fine if they could perform their jobs. Every single person I've spoken to who was obviously not a native English speaker has simply repeated my questions and my name over and over again, sometimes for 30 minutes, without ever making any progress in addressing the issue. You can't call a store and make changes over the phone, you have to go in. You also cannot send someone in your place. So T-Mobile basically assumes that you either 1.)are from India or 2.)have free time and transportation. If not, you're screwed.I pay $160 a month for service and I think that's enough to simply be able to call and make a change to my account. T-Mobile should be ashamed of their pitiful service, and realize that they are losing customers left and right. Verizon has the Blackberry Storm and ATT has the iPhone...T-Mobile can't afford to be so brazenly crappy. I know I won't be renewing my contract.

T-MOBILE, NEVER AGAIN

Posted on: November 11th, 2009 by William Hefner

The good: Price is good. Most reps are nice when calling in to have a phone problem resolved. The bad: dropped calls often, busy tone very often, calls don't connect, problems with texts and sending pictures. Many problems with phones. Bad service and no service in many areas. Billing problems Summary: I have had service with t-mobile for a total of over 5 years. but as of Feb 2009 service has been very bad. Many time I lose signal and drop calls repeatly. Some times several times a minute causeing four or more minutes to be deducted for a one minute call. At home now I can't keep a signal, before i had a very good signal. I have to regularly call into service to have them correct problems with the service, thats upto 5 times a week.

And you can talk to anyone with t-mobile for free and you have my faves. The bad: NOTHING AT ALLSummary: I love t-mobile. I want at&t only for the iphone.(i don't want it anymore) and verizon for their phones, but t-mobile is the best. I love everything about it.

T-Mobile. Good phones. Decent call quality/service. Decent customer service.

Posted on: September 6th, 2009 by Megan G

The good: Decent phones, (usually) good service, random, occasional perksThe bad: No service in some areas, staff at the store where we purchased everything can be...iffy.Summary: I begged my parents to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile because I wanted a Sidekick. We got a pretty good deal for switching - since there were five of us they dropped the $35 activation fee. Everyone was really nice the first few times we went in there, and when my sister had a problem with her Sidekick data plan they were very pleasant and fixed the problem. Also, we got a ten dollar off credit for the bill after our one year anniversary. Now, that being said, I do have to say I was a little disappointed going back to the store when my mom had a problem with her phone. While the problem was resolved, it took some time, and she had to get a new phone shipped to us. She had to use a phone from them while she waited for her new one. Why she had to pay for the shipping or replacement or something for thee new phone is kind of beyond me, but I'm not T-Mobile (it was only $10 but still). Also, the staff at the store became kind of...rude after the sale. I'm sure it's that way with the majority of the cell phone providers, but it just kinda irked me. Going from super nice to I-could-really-care-less after a huge sale? Really? All in all, I love T-Mobile. The have some good phones, and reception is usually good (I don't get service everywhere, but at least where I need it for the most part).

hands down, T-mobile has the best customer service

Posted on: July 29th, 2009 by danny castro

The good: superior customer service, the hottest phone and great call qualityThe bad: noneSummary: i've been with t-mo since 1998. back then they were known as omni-point, then they became voicestream in 2000 which later change to t-mobile.over the years there customer service went from good to great to the best. they make you feel like a big fish in a small pond, which to me is key. not to mention they have the best android phones and a good app store to go with it. i can't see myself switching carrier's in the future.

It doesn't get any better

Posted on: July 22nd, 2009 by lady l

The good: customer service is amazing, plans are reasonable, and phones are great. The bad: noneSummary: I don't understand what some of the people are saying about the service being bad or the customer service being rude I have never experienced that issue. The customer service has always been very kind and knowledgeable. I have a g1 and my sister has an iphone she can't even send picture messages? and she pays a rediculous amount for minutes and internet. I feel lucky to have such a great phone company. I also have the home service and I love it only time I have had issues is when my internet is running slow nothing to do with t mobiles service

T-Mobile - The Carrier to have!

Posted on: July 1st, 2009 by Scott Cox

The good: Price plans, flexibility when changing account, GREAT customer service, Easy upgradesThe bad: None!Summary: I have had t-mobile since i was a freshman in high school when my parents got me a phone( i am now a sophomore in college) . I have had them ever since, and while i have had the usual 1 or 2 calls to care in the last few years, my friends and family have fumed constantly about issues with Verizon, at&t and sprint. My service has always been exceptional and i have always been offered upgrades and perks for my loyalty. And now as an employee in there CC department i understand that 75% of the things people get fuming mad over are SELF CREATED. i am not trying to give good PR or anything like that, just saying how it is. People expect to swap phones with a friend and still have a warranty or send in a a phone with water damage and get a new one back. Of any carrier T-mobile has the most lenient upgrade system. You start getting a partial discount after 30 days of service on ANY device! Whenever there is an issue T-Mobile goes about and beyond to fix it, and has been rated best in Customer service 7 years running. All it boils down to is that 25% of people have a legitimate issue and the other 75% want something for nothing or are willing to lie, call daily, and speak to supervisor constantly for an issue that is either A. not occurring or B. things t-mobile has no control over. I will ALWAYS recommend t-mobile as the best value and service available.
