unfriendly inexperience staff in the whole baltimore area. Been to each n every one of them same stupid foolish kind of people. Hate Tmobile with passion

Best phone company

I have 4 t-mobile lines. 3 are smartphones. I love the customer service. I became t-mobile customer after powertell was bought by t-mobile in late 90's... they always offer the cheapest rate and last year my wife while over seas used her blackberry to check her e-mails and was slapped with $600 bill. We called the customer service and they waived the fee.... I love my t-mobile.

Horrible Customer Service

T-mobile has the worst customer service. Any time you call to get assistance you get an automated lady telling you to press this number and that number and half the time she doesn't understand what you say. Then I got a live a person and that person was from a different country and hard to understand. He could barely understand me!!! What a joke

Watch out if you are trying to get information about when your contract ends. The sales representatives will not give you accurate information. Ask for a date in writing through email so you have a reference of the information you have been given. I was told Feb by 2 different representatives when the termination date was May. Stolen money. Bad business.

They used to be the best in the business in the area of customer service. I have too many stories to really get into, but the ratings on the rest of this website speak for themselves.

Lots of hidden fees

Terrible service. I had to pay extra for roaming any time I'm close to the boarder even though I never crossed it. The taxes were outrageous. The guy promised to take off the activation fee and he conveniently forgot to put it down so I got charged for it. THEY SUCKED!!!!!

loved them till I canceled service

I have to say that I really did like Tmobile until I canceled my service. I had to pay an additional 2 months of service since they had incorrectly stopped my service on the wrong day. Needless to say I would never go back to them again because of this.

FEE'S FEE'S FEE'S

I started with t-mobile 3 yrs ago with a flex account, in April 2011 I signed a new 2 yrs contract and was screwed ever since. I have been on the phone with t-mobile none stop since. It is now Feb 2012, I canceled my plan in 0ct. 2011 and I could not be happier. for 2 lines I paid 180.0o a month and they sent me 2 bills after canceling. 1st was for 427 because they bill one month behind and the second was my cancellation bill for 510.25. Common 950.00? Really? No, fighting this to this day. Can u Say BBB??

T-mobile sucks

I am so glad that I am NOT a T-mobile customer. I know that the coverage is not good at all and customer service is terrible. My boyfriend has been a T-mobile customer for years and I always tell him to switch to another company but he never did and I do not understand why. Right now, he's struggling to talk to someone in customer service on the phone about his account because he's not satisfied with his phone and there's a problem with his account. By looking at him, I feel that I am so glad that I am not a T-mobile customer. Poor him. I used to use AT&T but recently switched to Puretalk which is prepaid phone. It's beed OK so far but I know that it's better than T-mobile for sure!

NO MORE TMOBILE

I have been with Tmobile for years. The first couple of years they were great. But more recently they have been absolutely awful! Horrible customer service. Will never go back. every month they find something new to charge us. When we call, the customer service is less then satisfactory. I have been hung up on several times and for no reason as i am always professional and friendly on the phone. They never fix the problem. THey say they do and then the next month i get stuck with a new person who doesn't understand what they did the month before. Today i was told that i get charged $20 every day on top of the regular fees just because they are Tmobile and they can. Hmm I don't think so. Tmobile is not going to last long unless they figure out how to serve there customers.
