terrible service, worse customer service

I have been with T-Mobile for about five years now. All was good until I upgraded and bought two androids and signed a two year contract with them. I am paying almost $200 a month for two phones and the price just keeps rising, even though I have unlimited everything. I have 4G phones and was told we have service in our area, yet all we can ever pick up is Edge. We do not even get 3G service unless we go to Houston. We have more dropped calls than I have ever had with any other phone carrier and when they drop it then tells us we are not registered on network. I have spent over an hour last week on the phone with customer service and was told the problem was fixed. It's not. It still drops calls and says not registered on network. After me and my husband spent over two hours on the phone with customer service they hung up on us after they told us that there is nothing that they can do since we signed the contract back in June. Yet every month I have to call and complain about our service. The people are rude and doing nothing more than stealing customers money. Our data package is unlimited yet only works if our wi-fi is on and we have signal. I sent my husband pictures at 11:45 this morning and they still have not downloaded to his phone as of thirty minutes ago. It is now 11:06 pm. The caller tunes do not play like they are suppose to. It plays for a couple of seconds and then just starts ringing. Another service we pay for without working right. DO NOT USE T-MOBILE. YOU WILL HAVE NOTHING BUT A BROKE BANK ACCOUNT AND A MAJOR HEADACHE!!!!!!

Just got off the phone with three T-Mobile reps. Finished feeling frustrated and annoyed. Even though my children hadn't used their TMobile phones, since Dec. the company still billed me til March. I was not aware that I had to call & cancel after the contract expired if ther were not in use. They refused to dismiss the charges. If anyone is thinking of signing with them I would recommend using anothe company. I was very disappointed in their inability to help a once loyal customer.

been with t moblle the better part of 5 years the first year was ok my bill at th time for two lines was $69.95 two lines now its $130 added another line they extra 5,oo per month now iam paying $130.00 they offer no expliantion the last 4 years were like awlful bad , every month they added 60 to 100 dollars to my bill . was a fight each and every month they stink do not use them i beg u they are very disresectful they hang up on you even call u a liar , they ran my debts card twice for fthe some of $260 my payment was 130,00 they will not return the the $130.00 dont be fooled find some one else -please there are bad dishonest they shiould be put in jail as thieves.. the whole out fit are crooks if you like mail me av8814@cox.net

Cheaters and scammers!`

Awful company, full of cheats. This is what happened to me-. Bought their value plan for 79.99 for 2 lines and internet on both lines. Sales rep told us that text messaging was free. 50 texts later, guess what? its not free. Same thing happened to my brother who was a pre-existing customer, he also bought the same plan and they did the same thing. When I tried talking to Tmobile reps, well guess what, they do not care. I stayed on phone for a good 45 minutes. That's not all, they are putting arbitarary international calls I DID NOT make ! I don't recognize the #s and they claim i made the calls. The phones were always and always in my possesion. If someone is going to do a class action law suit, please contact me @ manishmuttreja@live.com

Awful company. Customer service keeps getting worse and worse. I have never had one of their phones last over one year. They add things on your bill hoping you won't realize.

i had two phones that broke within a week... and they could never get my address correct... so i rate them a big 0 then they tried to bill me for phones i sent back what a joke for customer care even managers could get thing rite. do yourself a favor and dont deal with this company...

i hate tmobile. without any information given they come up and charge me without any use. even the customer service is so rude. just waiting for the contract to get over, gonna switch to other network very next day.

Tired of T-Mobile.

Not only does TMobile mess up our phone bill every week, the customer service is rude and disrespectful. We have been with TMobile since forever and has never had a late bill. Yet they charge us for out-of-the-blue usages that did not make sense. Forget it, we ignored the fact since they're busy right? NO. The signals mess up, sometimes there's no connection, and most of the time service is weak. I have been communicating with multiple friends and they all have been aware of the fact that tmobile is lagging and we don't get messages others have texted us until about half an hour later. Then when it does work, a thousand come at once. Some of which are the same messages. At first, I assumed my phone was the problem. But after hearing many others complain about the same problem, I realize not. Tmobile, I hate you. I hate your customer service, I hate calling every month so you can correct our bill, and I am about to leave. Good luck.

T-Mobile top 1% stinks

My family tried to do a good deed and took in a homeless friend of our daughter's: we fed her, gave her a place to stay, and a cell phone. After she betrayed us and stole 500.00 from us, I immediately cancelled the cell service. T-Mobil charged us 200.00 to cancel the contract. My family has been with T-Mobile for about 12+ years and never had a late payment. I wrote to the top eight people at T-Mobile ( members of the 1%) and asked for some credit. Instead, I got a pre-written dialog speech from a female member (of the 99% like me) about how T-Mobil gives no one a break if a contract is broken. Reminds me of The Devil and Danial Webster?I sold my soul to T-Mobil. My contract is up March 20, 2013 and I'll be getting a new phone service. Can't wait. Marked my calender. Oh, did I tell you they also stopped supporting my home phone that is still on a contract.DO NOT USE T-MOBILE, there are other companies out there that don't commit you to diamond-based contacts that don't break, no matter what the circumstances.
