Changing your plan causes contract signing??

I have been with T-mobile since 2005. Renewed contracts a couple of times, just to get a discounted phone (they hook you up on that). Had the same intention this time, but little did I know (and of course their web site did not notify me), that when you change your plan, you SIGN A CONTRACT again. A bit manipulative, wouldn't you say?

I used to sell Tmobile, so I know that their customer service was much better than it is now. They used to actually care about their customers, so if you moved somewhere that had absolutely no coverage they would let you out of your contract without paying the early termination fee. This made sense, seeing as how it isn't the customers fault if Tmobile doesn't have reception somewhere. Now if you can't get reception at all they tell you it isn't their problem and you have to pay the termination fee. Take it from someone who has sold cell phones for a living, this is not a good company to go with.

I went 6 months thinking the service sucked. Went through 5 LG Mytouch Android phones. I was ready to give up and walk, forgoing my contract ( eating it)!! Then a supervisor from the loyalty department, Bethany, decided to totally change my phone. She upgraded me to a Galaxy 2 S - OMG what a difference - Night and day - better than my ATT wireless service and as good as my Verizon service. I love my phone and service. TMobile should not sell the LG Mytouch. It almost lost them on customer and faience affiliate marketer : )

IM TMOBIL CUSTOMER SINCE 1998 THIS COMPANY SLOW THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE IF YOU WANT TALK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT PAY THEM ONE MONT AND THEN YOU CALL 611 AND THEY ANSWER THE PHONE ALSO WATCH FOR YOUR BILL THEY OVER CHARGE SMALL DETAILS I CANT WAIT TO FINISH MY CONTARACT I HAVE SO MUCH TO SAY OVER 14 Years i find out they dont care about Customers they BS service and dont have 4 G NETWORK MY PERSONAL OVER VIEW BS COMPANY

Will rob you blind

TMobile expired $150 workth of prepaid minutes 1 week early from my daughter's phone, without any notification. We add $ every year to maintain at least $100 of minutes at all times. Last year we added more, and they expired it early, and refuse to restore it - in other words, they stole it. Their customer service colud not care less. They did not care that they were going to lose 3 prepaid accounts. I guess this is how they will make up for the money they will not get from AT&T. Try Metro PCS instead. The have a lot of fees, but the are upfront and honest,and have great customer service.

The Worst!

Terriable service! Reps untrained! Will change contract without notification! Extra charges added on without notification! Any one looking at class action please notify me! I am only a month into T Mobile and I hate it! How can they legally do the things they do!!!!!

BEWARE!!!!

T Mobile reps are not properly trained. I went into a Tmobile store and specifically asked the employee for a prepaid phone that would allow me to check work emails on Exchange. He sold me the most expensive phone only to have a customer service rep from India tell me that prepaid plans do not support work emails. Rip Off!!!!!!!!!! Then I travelled to Canada and had problems with my phone so I called the toll free number. I specifically asked the rep if I am being charged for the toll free call to them, specified I was out of the county in Canada. She told me no, only to find that all of my international minutes were depeted speaking to this rep who couldnt even help me afterall! Be very careful when dealing with this company, their reps are dishonest. Not a reputable company at all.

Worst of all cell-phone companies

T-Mobile is the very worst and most evil of all cell phone companies. Their Customer Care and even their CEO for customer service is the WORST I have ever encountered in any dealings with any business. Have written to the Better Business Bureau and even their communication with them was not to address the point I was making with their change of contract costing me extra money, but the fact that I had signed their contract and could not get out with out paying $200.00 per phone and should have cancelled during the 14 day buyers remorse period. The change in the contract came a year after signing..so Beware...they can change anything at anytime and you are stuck. Please if you are reading this...do not sign with T-Mobile, consider this a warning from your friend. Not only is their customer service terrible their service and coverage areas do not match up with their maps. They roam almost everywhere and drop calls etc. I am now with Sprint and even though I will have to pay T-Mobile the early termination fee, I have had no problem with Sprint's coverage all across the United States and when I told the sales people at the Sprint store about the T-Mobile nightmare they nodding in acknowledgment that it is something they hear daily.

Quick and straight to the point T-Mobile is AWEFUL once they have you suckered into a contract you will only receive POOR quality customer service and good luck trying to find an English representative to help you. T-Mobile does NOT care for their customers no matter how loyal you have been to them. Had two phones add to my bil and ask about WIFI and told them I need it for to 6 months.I had it on my phone and have trouble with the keys on phone. Was looking to buy a house and then I wouldn't need it any more.Was told I could cancell at anytime and would nt be charge and fees.So I got it and 2 weeks in it got so slow that I call and was told I used to many minutes I call later to cancell and was told I had to pay 200.00 dollars to cancell.File a complain and was told I sign a contract and that it. They dont want to to hear any more about it. Believe me, RUN far away from T-Mobile or you will regret your choice and then your conscience will remind you that you were informed on how bad T-Mobile is and their customer service department

T-Mobile does NOT care for their customers no matter how loyal you have been to them? Get your wallet out and keep it out for your entire contract because if you have money and lots of it to spend every time you call into T-Mobile then you will not have any problems with them at all. Really it is so worth the $300.00 to get out of my contract so I can be treated with respect and like a human again. Believe me, RUN far away from T-Mobile or you will regret your choice and then your conscience will remind you that you were informed on how bad T-Mobile is and their customer service department.
