HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I wish I could've read the reviews wayy before I got this HORRIBLE phone provider. It has been a hassle every since I got it !! They always charge you more than what they say they do. They lie about the charges and they charged me the $20 restoration fee before the due date to pay my bill!! But the most thing that I HATE is the customer service. They all give me different information all the time !! I never get an accurate answer and they don't make upt heir minds about the prices !!! Tmobile is just disgusting. I can't even trust in a contract, especially after this!! on top of that you have to pay them for giving you a terrible service!!!! They never do anything about it when you have a problem!!! I just hope they can do something about it because they will be left with no customer after everything I'm reading. I thought i was the only one but I'm glad I'm not !!! All 0's!

A Class Action Lawsuit Waiting to Happen

I had lots of invalid text charges. They made it so time consuming and impossible to challenge anything - through their largely unreachable/nonexistent customer service I just had to pay them. When I transferred my service they immediately cut off my online bill pay option and wouldn't send me a bill until it was nearly into collections. They simply refused to itemize the bill so I guess I have to trust them or have bad credit. I don't know how such a large company can have such amateurish business practices.

TMobile is HORRIBLE!!!!!!

I (unfortunately) am stuck in a TMobile contract for two years after my wife insisted I join her carrier. Everything about TMobile is absolutely horrible. I constantly, and consistently, drop calls (so much so that I was forced to get a house line as my cell phone connection was so bad that I cannot reliably talk on the phone) all over the place (this ranges from my house to my office to driving around to visiting other areas). I was told this phone (an HTC) was good by a TMobile rep who then when I went into complain afterwards apologized to me and admitted she didn't know what she was talking about and that she learned her lesson due to my problems. She then promptly informed me that I could not switch phones. So basically I have a large paperweight. I do not get service at least 40% of the time, the customer reps are rude and don't know what they are talking about and I am stuck with a sub-standard service for the next 14 months. Under absolutely no circumstances would I ever, ever recommend TMobile. They are horrible. Save yourself a huge amount of aggravation and DO NOT USE TMOBILE. Better to use telegrams, smoke signals or the Pony Express. You'll thank me.

I just want everyone to know that i have been a t mobile customer for over 2 yrs now and u have the worst customer service ever. U over charge me on things that i have never heard of. Charged me for activation fee that clearly said we will wave activation fee for this phone then double charge me. I have asked politely to take it off u say we can do that for u. yet the people who handle this cant speak English therefore i get screwed over and over because they cant understand what im saying. On top of that I have asked for a Cooperate number to complain that u cant provide for the customers who are getting screwed cuz U OVER PAY and the only way to complain is by a P.O Box number. WOW I will be cancelling my account without paying u ur fee.. That should be worth all ur fees u owe me in things i have never purchased through u or through my number. How can u charge some one fees when they didnt have access to the internet on a phone... Ur customer service sucks and truthfully so does ur phone provider i would give all this zeros

Terrible In So Many Ways

I have spent nearly 3 miserable years with T-mobile and FINALLY I took action and left this company. Shame on me for just accepting this treatment from a phone company when the competition is so plentiful. Coverage area was not true to their claims, calls drop, and poor customer service. Don't Give TMOBILE a DIME of Your Hard Earned CASH!

Worst carrier i have used

I would NOT recommend this carrier to ANYONE. Worst decision i've made this year was to sign a damn 2 yr contract with them. My galaxy S2 runs out of their stupid 5GB within first or 2nd week of usage, been going for 3 months and contacted customer services, they can't do jack sh!t about it. And yes i was at home majority of the times and connected to my OWN wi-fi and being charged for it. JUST THE WORST CARRIER I'VE USED OVERALL!

They are the worst mobil company I ever worked with. They have a bad customer service in all usa. And i am so sorry to do business with them for 4 and half years .

Crap Mobile

I switched to t-mobile from boost and i got on my dad's line, worse mistake ever i had a galaxy s3 my service was terrible i had no 3g anywhere in my town i have to drive a good hour just to get it, if i leave the city limits i will lose service instantly sometimes i will get lucky and roam but that does not long, i returned my phone and they made me pay $50 restocking fee, im on virgin mobile now and im happy that i didnt get tied into the contract. terrible company.

Dishonest Company

I seriously hate this company. They changed my contract to include web at $2/min without authorization and charged us for stuff we have never used. They didn't honor our warranty on our phone. No reception in our home. Now I cant even get a guarantee that they will stop service when our contract is up in 2 days. Very dishonest company!!!.

Horrible, Awful, Disloyal

T-Mobile...I'm canceling my service. After two years of paying a consistent bill with no overage charges, they charge my account with excessive overage charges and their reply is well we can credit you the overage amount as long as you sign on for another 2 year contract. ENTRAPMENT! No Thank You I say, well I'm sorry buy that is our policy. Step 1: Overcharge the customer extremely. Step 2: Customer calls to question the bill. Step 3: T-mobile will gladly credit the account as long as you sign up for another 2 years and they suggest maybe you'd like a plan with more minutes. Blah, Blah, Blah!
