I have been a T-Mobile customer for years because T-Mobile is the only cell service that worked from our cabin in northern Wisconsin. In April I decided to renew my T-Mobile plan and add an extra phone for my husband. We signed a 2 year contract. In June of this year, we noticed we no longer had cell service at the cabin. My husband and I spent hours working with customer service trying to figure out why we no longer had service. At one point one of the service techs mentioned that it was probably because AT&T cut T-Mobile's use of their tower. Of course when I told T-Mobile their service is no longer of use to me and I wanted out of the contract...well you can imagine how that went. Our resolution to this problem was to purchase a Go Phone for cabin use. We will NOT be renewing our T-Mobile contract.

Customer Service At It's Worst

I ordered 2 upgrades in July. I was sent the wrong phones. I just now have straightened my bill out and still had to overpay my bill. They offered me $10 in compensation for over 4 hours I spent on the phone correcting thier mistake. They have no alternative to correcting thier mistkes. I had to return phone myself and they still did not send correct phone for over 2 weeks. They constantly talk over you till you lose your temper. I used to respect T Mobile but now I no longer have any use and will not recommend them in any way but as a disreputale carrier.

upgrading and price for the phones

thats the sucks company what i have to see 2years ago .I have a contract 2 years with them ,and when i migratedmy plan to the highest they extended my contract for new 2 years.when I have to upgrade my two phones for samsung galaxy they sell for 350 for me .

ive been with them since 2006 and they ave changed soooo much they use to have great service and customer service the are just a ripoff and just as ride as comcast .. cant wait until my contract end

i have a samsumg galaxy s 3 with tmobile it sucks. metro pcs is more faster than mine. and more cheapest fuck fuck fuck... i hate my cellphone and tha fucking tmobile red....

T-Mobile the largest 4g network in the.....

T-Mobile claims it's the largest 4g network in America. That's BULL... Its service is very suck. There are much more gaps with out any coverage across the US. Therefore, it's customer service is so dump. They don't know how to answer the phones or support to its customers at all. Moreover, they don't speak in English well. I've been with T-Mobile for almost 7 years, but recently I got out of the contract because there is no coverage and because its worst customer service. However, I encourage anyone who has T-Mobile service to get out of the contract when it is done, and don't ever to comeback to it again.

Worst phone company ever

In the past 2 years Tmobile has become the worst phone company ever. They used to be pretty good, and I was with them for 12 years before they changed If it wasn't for the fact that I would have to pay $200 for each individual in my family plan, I would leave them today. I hate them. They have all sorts of devious ways to sneak new fees and services on you that you don't ask for, and then they tell you that it will cost more to get your plan back the way that you originally had it. They are swindlers. Don't believe any graph that shows you their price, because that is not what you will end up paying after being with them for a few months.

Change in Expiration Date Surcharge

Watch out for this little trick from a company with poor service. Apparently, if you have an automated credit card payment and you do not update your current expiration date, you will be charged an extra five dollars per month. Nothing has changed on their end. They are still able to charge you.... But, add a surcharge for not telling them your current expiration date. I will look for a new provider immediately.

Awful...

Terrible customer service...they just don't care, any call over 2 min usually ended up dropping....can't change plans even if price goes down unless you sign a new contract...customer service tells you one thing and then you find out it's wrong ...costed me over 184$....if you change servers to get away from them beware...they charged me an entire month service when I ported my number out as a penalty. They honestly just want your money and don't care about the customer!!!!!!
