Quality of Service has declined

I have been a happy T-mobile customer for many years-- great coverage, excellent customer service, and the lowest price for basic service. In more recent years, they have lost tower coverage in less populated areas. Also, T-mobile has now made it as difficult as possible to access live customer support. It's an exercise in patience. Once you FINALLY figure out how to get through to a representative, assistance is pretty good. A final note that after many years, I have never had a billing error using direct withdrawals from my checking account. Coverage in my city, Houston, continues to be excellent with no dropped calls. Hopefully with their new merger in 2012, their cell coverage across the nation will improve.

Worst customer service ever!!

After so many times of fighting with customer service i will be canceling tmobile. they have had some of the worst customer service in my experience. they never care to help and pretend that they are solving a problem when they actually do nothing. I merged my account with my wife and at the same time got new phones while doing payment plans on the phone and they failed to inform us when you merge a line its a cancelation and when you cancel your responsible in full for the balance of the account and other fees. also never use easypay because its just a way for them to steal your money and get away with it and overdraft your bank accounts so you cant pay any other bills that month!!!

I FINALLY CANCEL MY T-MOBILE ACOUNT

I HAD T-MOBILE FOR SEVERAL YEARS, AFTER MANY YEARS OF SUFFERING FOR GETTING THE BILL FOR MORE THAN I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET IT, I DID PAID THE $200 PER PHONE FOR CANCELLATION,I WAS FED UP, IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL WAIT FOR YOUR PLAN TO END BUT DO NOT FALL IN TO THEIR PROMISES THAT IT IS GOING TO BE OK ONCE YOU DO THIS AND THAT, I STARTED WITH A $163 PLAN AND MY BILL WAS ALWAYS ON THE $240'S, THEN SWITCHED TO A $130 PLAN (INCLUDED TAXES) AND I KEPT GETTING A $180 TO $190 BILL, F THEM!!!!!!!!! I AM FINALLY IN PEACE WITH MYSELF, AND I WONT GET ANY PLAN WITH NO COMPANY FOR NOW ALL OF THEM SUCKS!!!!!!!!!

I prepaid for service, got no signal at home, and they wouldn't give me a refund.

I went to my local T-Mobile store at 17501 Colima Road, Industry, CA 91748, and bought two SIM cards with prepaid service. After I got home, I found I couldn't receive any signal at all inside the house, and only a very weak signal outdoors--not enough to reliably make a call, let along understand the conversation. I returned to the store the next day with my receipt, explained the problem, and asked for my money back. The five people working at the store that day all claimed that none of them were empowered to help me, but that I could leave a message for the manager, who would be in the following day. I wrote a detailed explanation of the problem along with my email address and asked him to contact me. I never heard from him. I tried calling the company's customer service line (from the Verizon phone I replaced it with), got transferred to several different departments, spent about an hour waiting in hold queues, only to be told that nobody could help me except the store I bought it from. So please be warned--T-Mobile's cellular service is spotty and their customer service is nonexistent. Don't let their low prices fool you. To say that you get what you pay for would be wishful thinking with T-Mobile.

tmobile is very good... i dont know why people are saying its not good... i will be with them till the end of time they do what i need to its just if you dont know what your doing tmobile is bad... people tmobile is good not bad!

After being without a phone for 2 weeks waiting for a repair, the same fault ocurred the next week. T-mobile have now had the phone for a further 4 weeks and when I have tried to find out where they are up to with it, nobody knows. I have been on the phone for hours being passed from one call centre to the next. I finally thought I was getting somewhere yesterday when the girl ordered me a new phone, but the courier couldn't deliver it without taking my old phone (which T-Mobile still have) in exchange. A further hour on the phone today being asked the same questions as yesterday has confounded my misery. I'm off as soon as my contract's up! Shame on you T-Mobile, you are taking us all for mugs!

I talked & chatted with THREE representatives but none knew a damned thing, so I had to figure out how to activate 4g service by trial and error. Then I got a notice that my bill is now available online; that was ten days ago, but site issues continue to hide everyone's bill details (they'll take my money, they just won't itemize what it's for.) I am very disappointed. This company is not ready to open its doors for business. I'm sorry I chose them.

One of the Worst Customer Service for any company!

Tmobile is one of the worst companies to have as a wireless provider. They have the worst customer service and I told them I can' afford their data plan and they still won't take the data plan off my sisters line in my family account. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Berrau and they still won't help me with my problem. I highly reccomend staying away from this company and going to Sprint or another better company than them!
