WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!

I have had to file multiple FCC, Attorney General, and Better Business Bureau complaints against T-Mobile. T-Mobile has given me WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! Customer service is horrible. I strongly recommend never getting into a contract with them.

Bad customer service

T mobile hire the cheap worst customer service- People are changing their mobile service is because of the poor broken English speaking customer service, I also find that the salesperson in the store aren't an honest dealer too.

7 Years with T-Mobile, STAY AWAY

I would not recommend T-Mobile to anyone, I was with them for 7 years and they rip off their customers. Especially when you try to leave. Customer service is abysmal.

NEVER go with T-Mobile

T-Mobile is the ABSOLUTE WORST cellular company EVER!! Their service sucks and so does their customer service!! How are you a cellular company and can't provide business clients with replacement devices when needed? My phone is not working AT ALL, they don't have any in stock (it has been a week so far) and won't have any for another couple of weeks, can't provide me a sufficient loaner, and won't let me out of the contract!! I have a business to run and I'm losing a lot of clients. This is RIDICULOUS and I am FURIOUS!

T-Mobile Customer Service is Unacceptable

I purchased a phone from T-Mobile. The phone I received had a bad battery (i.e. the battery would not charge). The battery even had a dent in it. I figured that quick call to the customer service people would resolve my issue. That was not the case. After putting me on hold for 15 minutes, I was told that it would a $20 processing fee and $7 shipping fee for a new battery. Why did I have to wait on hold for 15 minutes to be told that? What a bunch of jerks. I ended up buying a battery for $9.95 + free shipping from an online source. When my 2 year contract is up, I will be looking for new options. And yes there customer service people are hard to understand. Not so much because of the broken English but because of the pauses in the conversation that occur when talking to someone in India.

Nightmare

I returned the phone after the second customer service rep by phone, who could not speak clear English, asked me twice if I was calling from the T-Mobile Phone. Now, how in the hek could I be calling from the T-Mobile phone when I told him I was calling because my T-Mobile phone did not work. He also fought with me over the password I gave him, which had been provided me that morning from another rep, who said the original password we set did not work, nor did the Sim Card number match. But the Sim Card came with the phone, so why didn't it work? Who knows. Who cares. Oh, and the final last straw from the second customer service rep. He said since my pin did not work, I would have to go to a T Mobile store. I located one in my area on Google, drove to it, and it did not exist. Enough already. Stay away from T-Mobile. Their ads are slick, their packaging is cool, but bottom-line: Their customer service agents cannot speak English. Why in the name of heaven would a company hire customer service agents who cannot speak and understand English? Why would a company sell phones that don't work? Thank God we did not get in an emergency situation when we needed the phone.

Nothing but Headaches

Got on a family unlimited plan with 4 samsung galaxy S 4G's. They have been nothing but trouble and TMobile knows it. My wife after 3 replacements got a better LG phone, but my son is on his 4th and they will not do anything about it. We drop calls, sometimes can't make calls and nothing but trouble. Worse part, since the suck, they won't even let you out of the contract!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TMOBILE!!

referbished phone

i had to change 4 phones and every time they sent me a referbished phone,bad service,bad phones,DO NOT SIGN UP WITH T-MOBIL.

A Bunch of Dummys

I just bought a new Samsung Note II, I tried to login and create an account and the Dummy programmers send a text message with my password to my phone number that does not work and give me no other options, such as send it to an active email? Locos!!

T Mobile great service and company

I have had T Mobile for over 6 years through those 6 years I have tried AT&T Verizon and sprint when I realized all those companies do not have what t Mobile has to offer I decided to stay with T Mobile now T Mobile may not have the best coverage however they do have the best customer service over the phone and they also have the best prices anywhere I've read the majority these reviews and they are s*** they are complaining about things that any normal company would penalize you for over. the review that I have for T Mobile is based on the service and the experience that I have had over 6 years of being with them I have had many phones I haven't had that many dropped calls or problems the service the price of T Mobile is significantly better than any computer out there to date and their customer service is way beyond better than any customer service you will find in any company
