Been with Tcrap for a decade now, had million problems. Phones were problematic and replaced several times within the two years @ our expense even when we paid for insurance. On top of this we complaint @ the bbb and resolved nothing. Now I been waiting for an extra 30min for the manager to call me back. My contract is up and the want to charge us 20 bucks more for unlimitted late text msg. If you can switch out, the headaches, the waiting, the disrispect and the bs is not worth my care. By far, the worst company I have ever paid for service.

just ordered 2 galaxy s2's, 2 to 4 day shipping, UPS tracking say's I won't see my phones for 6 business day's plus the weekend, also tried to order online gave all my most personal info and PAID, came back unable to process order call 800 number, sales rep found it easier ( for him ) to start over and make new order, gave all my info again and PAID, now waiting for t mobile to credit my bank account for double hit, I have a feeling I will regret switching from Cricket, T- Mobile is not off to a minimally acceptable start with me.

Loyal customer for 10 Years? Get treated like an idiot

I've been a loyal customer for 10 years. I have a phone that's been replaced due to it being garbage. I am willing to upgrade and pay for it. I'm willing to pay my rightful bill. I am not willing to pay the remaining $150.00 for this phone that doesn't work. At all. They want to give me a 3rd phone that is exactly the same. Or upgrade and give me $25.00 because that's all the phone is worth. What a shady company. Do not go there! Treated me like I'm a complete idiot. I can do math. It doesn't add up. Spent over 3 hours on the phone. Fail.

TMobile made us pay for their mistake

Our organization ordered an upgrade device (TMobile now makes everyone pay full price for the phone) and then shipped it to an incorrect address on the other side of the country, They said well we shipped it and it was delivered so now it's your problem. They told me I would have to pay for a second phone and I had no choice but to do so. They made a mistake in shipping it to the wrong address and then I had to pay for their mistake. We are looking at getting away from TMobile, this experience was completely unacceptable and demonstrated a lack of care or consideration for us as a loyal customer with a large business account.

T-Mobile Family Mobile thru Walmart

Unlimited everything! Talk, text & Data. The phone is the T-Mobile Concord. It's great. Nice big screen, easy to use. I pay $40.00 a month for service. I paid $99.00 for the phone. I just had an Iphone. This T-Mobile phone is equal to an Iphone. It has a great camera and video! Love this phone.

IF YOU LIKE T-MOBILE BUT WANT A BETTER PLAN & CHEAPER PRICE, I FOUND IT!

I had been with T-Mobile for 4 years and I never had any major trouble. I have had phone problems but that is because of the phone itself. Customer service and reps have been good to me. BUT I am fed up with the contract and the price. I have found a company that uses the same exact service and shares the same towers as T-Mobile but I pay $49 for unlimited everything and I have 4gb data, not the 500 MB T-Mobile is offering on their $50 no contract unlimited deal. Also I have as much data as their $70 plan. I use to have only 2.5gb now I have 4gb no contract and I love it! please email me jpsolavei84@gmail.com and I can help you do the same!

Avoid T-Mobile and unethical billing

I was told by two reps that I would receive a pro-rated bill when I cancelled my service. However, they charged the full amount for just one week's worth of service. Customer service asked me to return to T-Mobile and at the same time refused to negotiate a fair, pro-rated bill. In my opinion, their billing practices are misleading and they don't seem to care about the customer.

I have been with T-Mobile for 10 years. They sold me a phone that I had to pay full retail. When it didn't work properly they told me to wait for the update. They told me I should wait past their 14 day grace period and it will fix the problem. I waited and did the update and it still did not fix the problem. They told me it was my problem.I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Reason for Rating BBB rating is based on 16 factors. Get the details about the factors considered. Factors that lowered T-Mobile's rating include: 32767 complaints filed against business Failure to respond to 10 complaints filed against business. On August 7, 2012, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers alleging product deficiencies and/or misleading sales tactics. Consumers claim upon purchasing a new phone, the reception as well as the quality of the phone itself is poor. Consumers claim once they return the phone and receive confirmation that T-Mobile received it, they are charged for the cost of the phone. Consumers also allege T-Mobile's representatives offer less expensive phone plans that include additional features, but consumers are then charged for using those features even though they were advertised as included in the package. Consumers claim when they try to add the services that were advertised as included, the company says the plan does not offer those services and the consumers need to upgrade, which increases the cost of the plan. Consumers further allege they are charged for third-party features they have not requested or used. Consumers claim upon calling T-Mobile with questions or concerns about their plans, the company demonstrates poor customer service and places consumers on hold for long periods of time. Consumers further allege T-Mobile's representatives promise certain plans and discounts; however upon receiving their first bill, consumers realize they are being charged for a plan and price that was not agreed upon. Consumers claim when they call the company to fix the discrepancy, there is no way to verify what was promised, as notes in the company's system are contrary to what was agreed upon or are non existent. BBB recommends consumers review in detail any contract before signing, and to get any verbal promises in writing.

Fed-up with T-Mobile

After 12 years of being a faithful customer of T-Mobile I can no longer put up with their lack of Customer Service and lack of concern for their customers in General. I have been screwed by this company for the last time! Truly Pathetic mobile phone company
