Drunk Employee at T-Mobile Store

My wife was just in your store #1075 (Olathe, KS) and was helped by a T-Mobile employee who was clearly intoxicated... He proceeded to use inappropriate language, damaged her phone and treated her in a sexist manner. She contacted customer care and they told her to write a complaint then fax to T-Mobile. Really... I called customer care back and filed complaint with them and the retail customer care department. They said I should be hearing from someone tomorrow. I'll keep you posted

Old customer and i don't recommend

I have been a T-mobile customer for 7 years, i moved to a new city where the network is so weak, i called them and tried everything they suggested but nothing worked out. My work required me to move around all the day long and i do a lot of the work on phone which is not always connecting my calls due to the bad network. I contacted T-mobile several times to cancel my contract without paying any extra fees since the problem was from there side, but they said my request was denied and i have to pay $300 though my contract will be done in 2 months only. To be honest i was disappointed and i will not recommend them anymore..

IF YOU LIKE T-MOBILE BUT NOT THEIR PRICE & PLANS

I had been a T-mobile customer for 4 years and never really had a problem. I was very satisfied with their service. You have to know if your area has service before signing up with them. Though I had no problems recently I swiched to another carrier because I found another company with the exact same service but a MUCH better price and plan, plus its no contract. I now pay $49/mo no contract unlimited everything with 4GB! If I can help anyone here feel free to email me jphong07@gmail.com

T-Mobile Wins the Prize For The Worst Service Ever!!!!!!!

This is the worst cell phone provider I have ever done business with. Their phone warrantee for cell phone equipment is a big joke and non-existent. I complained to the BBB and was told that they had received thousands of complaints about them. They advised me to go straight to the FCC to file my complaint. I am in the process of doing that now! Don't do business with them! You will be so sorry!

GOT BAD ADVICE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

As indicated by a customer below, we needed to communicate home while on vacation out of the country. Upon calling customer service, we had to pay $60 for a different plan and as a result lost the remaining funds existing on the old plan. To make a long story short, during a three week period, we paid over $135 to keep serive on ONE line for one month. RIDICULOUS!!! ... ESPECIALLY considering we had been on a $60 a month plan!!!!!

Worst phone service ever

This has got to be the worst phone service ever. Supposedly we have 4g but drops every call I have and 90% of those are with my husband with the same service. We have a tower on the same road we live and still have crappy service. We used TMobile initially because they were the cheapest company but I am paying 254.00 on a family plan with 3 phones that half the time with no service I can not wait for our contract to end and we are canceling our service. You would think they would let us end our service agreement early since they don't honor thier agreement with my coverage. If you're thinking of getting TMobile service DON'T you'll never get to talk to anyone or use all the features if your smart phone because your 4g will never work

Wanted to purchase plam for S3 I already own, impossible to get any questions answered online, no email, chat or other way to get info

I've been shopping for a provider for an S3 that will work best on T-mobile or AT&T and had some questions about t-mobile. There's virtually no detailed information available. I'm sure if I went thru check out, I would have had the opportunity to agree to something, but not get queston answered.

Even if you own your iphone, T-mobile will stop you from unlocking your phone for international use while on vacation.

Paying off Iphone, back to Big Blue

I have been with TM about 6 weeks, Initially, they had trouble porting the number. Even though I showed 3 pieces of id at the store, they couldn't spell my name correctly. They tacked on an activation fee, although the new plans have no such fee. The initial bill was different on the paper copy than on the web. I paid the web amount which was lesser. My bill was to be paid automatically on 20 July. It never happened. Stay away
