Be ware of the non contract lies

Posted on: December 2nd, 2013 by Jose L. Piatti

Get the phone with no contract spell right on the paperwork and circled. wait 3 months, ask for copy of all the paper work and you will find that was altered, you have one year contract and they ask you to pay $200.- if you want to cancel the account. BIGGEST LIARS on the industry

Was planning on changing carriers next month as my contract with t mobile, who says they no longer have contracts was going to be done. However I found out today they extended my contract because I accepted a refund from them, REALLY!!!!

They just dont care

Posted on: November 12th, 2013 by Rick Dumas

I've been a loyal T mobile user for 9 years..Had a few minor issues with the service but stayed with them anyways..I have a Samsung SIII but decided to upgrade to Iphone5...I had to finance the phone and am paying full price for it..650.00...The Iphone is total crap..Dropped calls no internet and on and on...Called T mobile and they agreed something was wrong with the phone said to send it back for another phone..The phone they sent me in return is a used phone that has been dropped and is scratched up and it doesn't get out any better than the phone I sent back...I'm so damn disgusted with T mobile when this phone gets paid off I'm leaving them...I'm stuck with a 650.00 phone that doesn't get out..I still have to use my Samsung phone whic blows this Iphone out of the water...

Actually working better than expected...

Posted on: November 10th, 2013 by Dan Carlson

I switched from Big Red to T-Mobile about two months ago. Coverage in my area is far superior to anyone else's phones in the office and there is a variety of each. As for the price, T is almost $40 cheaper that V and I couldn't be happier about that. As for customer service, I have called twice for two different issues and both were resolved in minutes. The first was to activate wifi calling which the first representative handled without delay. The second was to port my number in from V. Originally I didn't care about my number since I use Google Voice but after about 15 calls from collection agents the first day, apparently someone else had this number previously who didn't pay their bills! The representative transferred me to the porting department who made the port happen within minutes. Very pleased with that too! I can actually say that I've had every carrier at one point or another throughout the past 20 years. Each has its own quirks and none are perfect. Will I stay with T? At this point, absolutely.

Poor Customer Service

Posted on: November 8th, 2013 by Anonymous

T-Mobile did not return my money from my credited account after I canceled service with them. I cancelled service due to T-Mobile's inability to waive stocking fee after I was given defective phone. I tried to work with them but they seemed to not really care about customer satisfaction. Very frustrating experience.

LIARS. CHARGES ARE ALWAYS WRONG. CANT GET AN ANSWER!! NEVER THE SAME ANSWER . ALWAYS LIES

Posted on: November 6th, 2013 by Vana Marie Gerardi Ross

Hi tmobile: Would you like to answer this question? How is it that someone can fully pay a equipment plan in full and then you allocate it toward a bill that is not due and add the Equipment total to the bill 30+ DAYS LATER? Your company is using questionable practices on the billing, which is a sticky situation to be in. I am hoping to settle this out with a supervisor, since I have received over 12 different answers to the same question since this saga began. I have called each and every day since this whole ordeal back on 10/7, but my issues with tmobile go further. I hope anyone who reads this understands that even if you pay off your phones with tmobile, they will allocate it toward wherever they want (even FUTURE BILLS) then make your entire equipment payment due in the next bill. I hope you share this on your wall and every wall you can find like I am until Tmobile starts answering the questions we have been demanding. A quick google search will show you I am not lying. this is happening and people are just taking it. SHARE SHARE SHARE PEOPLE get the word out and maybe Tmobile will address this issue. I have shared on every wall, in every group, on every blog I can find. You should too. and keep checking your T-mobile bill, you are bound to find mystery charges.

Sales Person Lied to Close Deal on two phones

Posted on: November 5th, 2013 by Rob Fontano

On October 8th 2013 two sales people from T-Mobiles Business division entered our store and presented the option of leaving Verizon and signing on with T-Mobile in order to secure a lower monthly bill for our two phone lines. We explained we did not want to take the offer because we would be responsible for the deactivation of the phones at $300 per phone. The sales person said that T-Mobile would cover $300 of the cost and we said no we would not pay the difference so thanks but no thanks. He stepped away and came back a few minutes later and said that he could get us $330 for the two phones from Gazelle.com. It was clear to both of us that this was to be handled by him (T-Mobile). He then wrote on the sales offer $300 from T-Mobile and $330 from Gazelle. He said they would send us a box and we would send the phones in and we would be sent the $330. After a few weeks we were wondering were the box was so we called T-Mobile Business. After several calls where we were told that the sales person would contact us and did not, we finally reached a supervisor. The supervisor explained that the sales person should never have made that claim since they are not affiliated with Gazelle. I told her that it was in writing on the agreement and she continued saying that it was not T-Mobiles responsibility to compensate us for the phones and that we should have been more diligent in questioning the sales person claims. At the end of the day the sales person lied in writing and T-Mobile accepts zero responsibility for his actions. We checked with Gazelle ourselves and the quote we received was for $115 per phone, $100 less than the sales person offered.

DISGUSTED WITH T-MOBILE

Posted on: November 5th, 2013 by Camila Pia Möller

T-Mobile customer service is repulsive. I have been a customer for 10 years and have been having issues for over 4 months and T-Mobile can not fix my service problems. I have tried everything they asked of me and had 3 different phones, new sim card, troubleshooting, and engineering checks and nothing has fixed the issues. When I requested to be released from my contract early and have the termination fee waived, I was told I was not qualified. After 10 years of loyalty to T-Mobile, they will not waive a $200 fee that is a large cost to me and nothing to them. I have tried and tried to stay with T-Mobile but I give up and they won't admit fault and waive my termination fee. I am disgusted with the service level I have been provided and how many times I was pushed off from one department to the next. DO NOT USE T-MOBILE! IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY!
