Phone Service SUCK SUCK SUCK

Yes, their monthly plan is much cheaper but if you're use to fast internet service, you will be so annoyed of their slow internet service. Not to mention you'll get disconnected more than once while talking on the phone.

I'm actually really surprised that T-Mobile is getting bad reviews on this site. It has great reviews on most other phone sites. They always have the newest phones available, they have competitive pricing, and their customer service is GREAT. They all speak perfect English and are super helpful. I called them asking to get a couple extra days to pay my bill, and they gave me 10 days with no problem. I love T-Mobile.

Worst to almost no service

thought we would switch to t mobile to save some money. huge mistake cost us far more in the end to get out of it. the absolute worst phone service we have ever had in any phone. non stop dropped calls, calls that never actually came through but went to voice mail. my mother was on our plan too her phone never worked at her home although everyone else that went to her house with every other phone service worked with no trouble. their customer service is an absolute joke. they only know what the book tells them to say nothing else. i recently found out i have heart failure and need a new heart. so i call them and try to see if they would help us by at least by taking the phones back which were junk as well, back to take only partial off what we owed. i explained over and over to so many people that i had to have a phone i actually can recieve all calls. every person had the same text book answer. no compassion what so ever. the only answer i kept getting was, well we can have people come look at the tower. thing was we already had that done. the simple fact was they had horrible service in this area and turns out everyone else already knew that as well. so they obviouslly have no problems selling you there phones even knowing they have horrible service in that area. they may be cheaper when you look at their plans but thats exactly what you will get.

Once great, now terrible

I have been a loyal T Mobile customer for 8 1/2 years. I have had issues with my bill for over two months. I have spoken to four different reps about the same issue and have received four different answers that do not match. I think their customer service is sub par and am looking to other providers. Stay away from T Mobile. They have become nothing but terrible with customer service. I would rate them less than zero but the review will not allow it.

Worst provider

I had non stop problems from the get go. From customer service in and out of the store, phone issues, billing issues, random charges, attitudes, no sense of responsibility for their mistakes. All-in-all awful. I have tried all the phone providers. AT&T sucks, but I might have no choice. What a joke T-Mobile.

absolutely terrible!

Switching from att to t mobile was the worst decision I made. Nothing about them is right, they charge you more than you agree to, they will turn your service off when the bill is not do, without warning. I've been with them three months, and have had to call customer service 4 times, each time was bull crap, just more charges. Terrible company, they SUCK every which way possible, from where you get coverage, to what you pay, and never fix issue's. If your thinking of switching, DON'T!

Don't even go to them. They have that new thing where we will pay your fees for breaking contract, but don't try and leave them!!! They sock it to you with fees and their service was a big goose egg. I even got hooked into a scam getting crazy charges and call after call month after month they couldn't get rid of it. I was three months from contract end with consistent calls about no satisfaction and problems and they still charged me fees and sent me to collections over it and charged me more for the collection fee. Worst company ever!!!! Get out if you can! I will never not blast them to the public!!!

the guy who set me up was nice, that being said he was full of shit. GUARANTEED to have gotten my devices on the 24th (its now the 31st) my card still has not been charged, (except the charge for my overnight shipping) meaning it hasn't even shipped yet.. Every time I call in they guarantee the device in 2 more days. If I change my order to a different device then they won't honor the promos from when I ordered. F*** you T-Mobile. Verizon may charge a little more but it's more than worth it.

terrible service and even worse customer service

After cancelling a family plan as soon as I got it, it has been more than a month and I still have not received all of my money back. Customer service representatives are incompetent and careless. Service coverage is crap.

Poor service quality matched onlhy by worse customer service

Was told by store personnel there were no contract early termination fees. After more than a year of not being able to answer the phone INSIDE my home, I live in Cleveland, I ported to VERIZON. I can now make a phone call without standing outside. Service is very unperdictable in 44141, 44136 44147 zip codes in NE OHIO suburbs of Cleveland. I was contacted by a collections rep I am disputing the final bill. I keeps increasing in size even after they billed my credit card after I terminated service. I requested a written statement prior to paying any fees. I was told i would have to go to a T-Mobile store to obtain a written bill. Are they kidding. No statement no payment.
