Don't waste your time with this company! worst cusomer service ever. I am trying to set up International calls and I went to the store they said call customer care, I call they say you have to go back to the store, I go back to the store the associate says we have corrected everything you should be fine just call them whenever, I call then customer care says no you have to go back to the store. Really?that poor customer service

You would think after receiving so many bad reviews that a phone company that over charges its customers would start to improve the service to keep these customers. What kind of company thinks it will survive by constantly taking advantage of people, raising the prices for CRAP service and let the service decrease in value???? My phone bill has increased by 30 dollars, for the same package I started with 3 years ago. The service is a joke nkw where it use to be alright. I was able to browse web pages faster on 3G than I am on 4G. HOW IS THIS OKAY? This has been for months.... It constantly gets worse. I can not even dial out some days. My phone just hangs in limbo while I wait for the call to be placed. People are always telling me when they call me it goes straight to my voicemail no matter the time of the day. NO SPRINT MY PHONE IS NOT DEAD! Long story short, do not waste your money on this company. Sprint is a terrible company bottom line.

After spending an hour on the phone with Sprint Phone support due to my Galaxy Note 2 mysteriously disconnecting from the Sprint network, I was told that I had to go into the Store. When I went into the Sprint Store in Watertown, Ma they could not evaluate the phone on the spot. They asked for authorization to wipe our information and I said definitely not! After a few hours I called to follow-up and they ended up breaking the phone worse and it was not able to be turned on. Additionally they corrupted my SD card which had all my backups. I lost 3 years of photos, music, in app data, and other documents. They basically said there was nothing that they could do except replace the phone with another used one. This is already the second time it was replaced. After 4 days they had a replacement phone for me. This also was not working properly. The store was no help!!! After being transferred 4x and waiting an hour on hold the retentions department offered me $80 for all the problems, but that does not fairly compensate me. 2x they promised to call back with a supervisor and never did. Do yourself a favor and Dump Sprint!! T Mobile is offering to pay off your Early Termination Fees if you are still under contract like I am. Sprint can go out of business if they don?t care about their customer?s satisfaction!

Two Years of Drama with Sprint. The worst customer service ever, extremely poor communication, lack of professionalism and dishonest. If you are interested in headache and your time means nothing, go join Sprint. Two long stressful years with Sprint. Never trust any sprint customer service whether in their stores or on the phone. All they care about is how to add number of customers and disregarding what kind of service they promised to deliver. Their resolution department is one of the meanest and unprofessional ones I have ever spoken to. Don't believe anything they tell you in the store because their customer service will disapproves and dishonor whatever you were told in the store and as a result you end up paying way more than you were told.
