Sprint absolutely the worst.

Calls dropped constantly. Extremely slow or no Internet. Customer service Sucks. Lie to customers. Blame poor service on tower upgrades. Service consistently getting worse while charges going up.I never write reviews, but feel is my duty to warn others of this corrupt company. No company should stay in business that lies and steals from the customer as this one does. Go with anyone but them.

Wrongly ungrade and play games to force customer to pay

If anyone considers using this carrier, I deeply and sincerely warn you FOREVER NOT to. Not only because of their unprofessionalism and carelessness in staff but also the uselessness of the customer service. Sprint never goes easy on plan changing. I mean independent contractor or corporate, isn?t it all Sprint? Sprint staff made mistake, and Sprint made customer suffer? I am tired. It involves so many people already. I don?t have time and gas to go back and forth. It has been so long, and I called and did everything they told me to. All I got is WE CAN?T DO NOTHING. I think Sprint makes it difficult, pushing around, back and forth to force customer to pay. I feel very bad for the ones who are working for such an unethical company. I?ve always patiently talked to the staff and CS, never raised my voice, because I know this is not their fault, they tried to listen and help me, but the system has trained them to say there is NOTHING I CAN DO. The agent who wrongly upgraded me perhaps he simply made a mistake due to the pressure of the customer waiting in line.

Sprint is Absolutely Horrible....avoid at all costs....scammers

This company is just absolutely horrible and what a rip off. They should be sued by the FTC and be shut down permanently. Phone calls drop, no calls received, calls missed, no internet and yet I pay them for a data plan and service that is unusable. What if you had an actual emergency and had to call 911 and the phone call drops. This is just ridiculous that no one oversees these huge corporate scumbags. Then they want to charge you $350 to get out of a contract that is just garbage. They have some nerve to even call this a cell phone company.

Added 27% to my bill days after signing new contract

Dropped calls daily, forget streaming, phones freeze and shut off inexplicably. They added 27% to my monthly bill a week after signing a new contract with them. Customer service read their script verbatim for an hour, would not transfer me. I'm canceling my contract on the grounds that I don't get service where I live... New York City.

Beware of contract changes after you sign

I've been with sprint for over 8 years and when I signed my last contract they suddenly want me to re verify for discounts I've had for years...not before I signed but AFTER I signed within days. I will not sign a new contract with them again. No one at sprint from the top to the bottom sees this as a problem and kept repeating a script when I tried explaining that changing the terms of a contract after signing was a major violation of trust and might be illegal. My bill just went up 27% NEVER AGAIN!

DONT! JUST DONT WALK IN ANY SPRINT STORE!

,Me and my roommate had a family plan with 2 iphone 5s the bill was ridiculously unreasonable. $200 per month and when we get out of that contract they give us MSL code to unlock the phone. and when I call sprint they say they are not trained to unlock iphone 5s with that code! WTF!!!!!!! and I called apple they told me lock & unlock is a carrier thing which they can't help with. and then I called back to sprint. Guess what they can unlock this time! but I have to Pay another $170 WTF!!! JUST DONT WALKING IN THAT DOOR!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM SPRINT

Sprint is the worst company EVER.... they will take every dime you have and not want to help you.... they will send you to this person to the nest to the next saying this isn't our problem and we can't help then the next person says the same.... not including the the coverage is terrible... constant dropped calls and no signal where there should be. Do not get sprint what ever you do

Miami, FL - Coverage is beyond horrendous

I signed a two year contract with Sprint back when the iPhone 5 came out and it has been the worst decision I've ever made. Unlimited everything seemed perfect at a time when every other carrier failed to have this option but the fact of the matter is it wouldn't matter if you had a data cap because data flat out just doesn't work on Sprint's network. And when it does its pathetic, being trumped by the likes of regional carriers like MetroPCS. It is simply appalling that cell phone service of this nature is even still around. It's 2014 and everyone has LTE; Sprint's network reminds me of the days when Edge was fast or dial up for that matter. 3G is either slow or not capable of downloading/uploading any data and LTE is the same. Customer service is also a downfall, most employees are far from eager to help and seem to not know anything about there job. When I switched from an iPhone to a Nexus 5 I bought it was literally a mission to get it registered on my account. First they told me I needed a SIM card. Then they proceeded to tell me that my phone was not compatible on the network, mind you Sprint themselves sell this very phone!! And on top of all that they also told me they don't carry SIM card's in store. Seriously??? Your a cell phone provider and you don't carry SIM cards in store. Thankfully for me the folks at Best Buy do know what they're doing and they were able to help me out. Overall it has just been a disgusting experience since day 1!!

don't get sprint

where do i even begin? they gipped me out of my 20 credit and gave me 10 if i shut up they were working on the towers and i had no service for over a day thats reason for the credit i talked to 3 ppl and they said i was on my account get bill in and its not i call and there is no record of it but to shut up they gave me 10 oh dropped calls some ppl cant hear me cant send texts at times the only reason i got this was cheaper deposit and unlimited everything i hate it oh and here is the kicker that irratated me I'm pissed I got lied to about my bill 3 ppl I spoke 2 said it's 189 I talked them from over 200 back down to regular bill 189.88 due to last month my phone was on a seasonal standby cause I couldn't charge my phone I get a text saying I'm near my 300 credit limit they made every excuse why I owe over 200 down from I buy ringtones to charging for the time my phone was on seasonal standby I spoke to a supervisor and took badge number due to I got screwed before she dropped me back down to my reg bill I told her I'm on a limited income and don't buy crap like that my games I get the free app version and as for ringtones I get free plus I have to use a credit card to buy it anyway but after round after round she values my business and drops the charges I looked and my bill was what she said cool no problem well chucks phone got messed up and couldn't fix it due to the damage wasn't something or other with their standards so I had to file a claim with the insurance company through them I had to pay 100 deductible off credit card or put on bill I chose on bill cause I didn't have it it was supposed to be on next bill it showed up on this one I called and they said it was a confusion it's not but supposedly took it off and was to split it up the charge was ringtones etc they dropped it back to 189 and was supposed to be charged the deductible next bill yesterday chucks replacement came in again after being stolen Wednesday outside the door they overnighted it to his cousin cause they couldn't here again I spoke to the company after the activation and the guy said my bill was 189 just now I pressed *3 to pay my bill and it was the friggen 289 I paid it and I'm highly mad I can't talk to anyone they are closed until morning I got my confirmation number and tomorrow they are getting an ear full I'm highly thinking of telling them to shove their 2 year contract up their asses I want AT&T but I don't have a 500 deposit to spare I only like this company cause everything is unlimited web text calls but I hate the song and dance bs with over my 300 spending limit when I don't buy anything and even if I did I have to put it on my debit card they can take the 300 limit off if I enroll in autopay which means they will take it off my debit on the 13th I'll forget and spend the money I also pay the bill when I get paid on the 1st and not on the due date of the 13th that's 12 days early each month give me credit where credit is due

the nation's capital and the service is horrific. i do not have sprint and i am very glad i do not. my friend has had it for a few years from a family plan and he has constant dropped calls, constant poor service, and extremely low dependability; even in the middle of suburban areas. we all agree, sprint is a waste of money.
