The worst

I hate it so much. I have 2 kids and I bought them phones for safety and tracking etc. And the phones barely work at home or at school and we live in the rich part of town and it is busy place. 4G started by sprint fist and it is still being implemented. This company needs to be bought by someone...

Sprint is the Absolute Worst Cellular Provider in the U.S.A. they don't give a S*** about anything and Sprint Drops Phone Calls and Sprint Drops Text Messages and Sprint Drops Data and they are very horrible service and they have very disrespectful managers and they are very expensive and there Walkie Talkie Phones are super annoying and disgusting and Sprint Doesn't have Coverage anywhere and i never had Sprint and i never will because Sprint Sucks and i would break a Sprint Phone to a million pieces with a brick and determinate the contract with them so quickly and or quit my crappy job >:O

THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

Terrible experience. One I will never forget. I have been a Sprint Customer for over 5 years. My phone suffered cracks on my screen. The tech guy that sits at the desk, I believe his name is Andre, got rude towards the end when I asked him questions to make sure I understood what was going on with my phone. I guess since it was time for the store to close he had no more patience with me and rudely told me I had to buy a new phone, and I'm not going to get a new phone like I think I am. Believe me, this is a way shorter version of what really happened as he cussed at me when I demanded to see a manager. He basically stated that he ran the store. Some poor youthful gentleman with no label of manager came in and sat quietly as this tech guy humiliated me in front of other customers. He screamed at me asking me to leave the store when I tried to clear up his misunderstanding for me being there. The so called manager did nothing. I mean, NOTHING. I called sprint customer service to file a complaint. The lady who I spoke with was nice and caring and begged me not to leave their service. That Sprint is highly trained and this isn't their behavior towards customers. I asked to have my issue resolved like I intended and have the store manager contact me with a sincere apology. Not needing a free phone, but an apology and the help I needed from the beginning. As I expected, no call, no apology. I'm highly considering switching to new service. I couldn't believe that a person would treat me like scum on the street and their getting paid to help me. Sickening!!!

THE CRAPIEST COMPANY EVER!!

You can try and talk to 3 different reps on a day, and they all are going to give you a different story! Every month was something different, and it doesn't matter if you get a reference number or save your conversation, its not helpful at all.. I had to terminate my acc earlier and they added some other fees to the termination fee! I was trying to pay their fee, not the other extra fees, so pretty much either I have to pay it or that goes agains my credit! IT IS SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!

Sprint is the absolute most garbage service I've ever experienced on my life. So sick of paying 120 dollars for 3g. Sometimes. Most of the time I just don't get service. This company sucks so bad I'm not sure why they haven't been shut down. Horrible excuse for a phone company and they hassle you about a high ass bill for a service that barely ever even works!

JUST DON'T

If I can save one person from switching to Sprint, St. Peter will tell me I did my good deed for life and open those pearly gates wide. I switched from AT&T, and aside from my first marriage, it was the biggest mistake I've ever made. No service, dropped calls, slow speeds, and outright robbery on behalf of the sales team. My bill is now twice what it was with AT&T, and they didn't pay my early termination fee like I was told they would. Seriously, you get what you pay for - stick with AT&T or Verizon.

Don't Waste Your Money or Time

The call service is terrible. There are few places where I have more the one or two bars. The billing is a scam. My monthly rate changes each bill because they throw on a random charge and try to tell me it's prorated from previous months. Their deals do not save you any money as they find other ways to charge you. I'm suppose to receive a discount from my employee, however Sprint won't honor it because of the type of plan I'm on. Other phone companies will honor this discount no matter what. Customer service is no service. The representatives don't answer your questions. I only received definitions of what I was asking about, not answers to why something was going wrong.

terrible!!!

So the signal tower was down in my area and I had no signal for the past two months. This is not the worse part. Then I called to see whether they can reimburse me for these two months. However, they said that the tower down was due to nature cause (seriously? without fixing it for two months and still call it a natural cause?), they were not going to reimburse me at all. The customer service was terrible. I talked with four different representatives and each has a different answer for me. They also kept transferring me to bestbuy due to whatever reason. Wasted 3 hours calling them after they dropped my call, then I called back again, and explained my situation over and over again. I am stuck in a contract now. But once I am out, I would never ever use sprint again!!!!!!! Always signal outage here or there. No signal in building and terrible terrible customer service!!!!!!!

Loyal Customer Nightmare - Steer Clear

I was with Sprint for over 5 years. First a couple of things, The service. I was lied to over and over again when my upgrades were due that they would roll out LTE in the area within a few months years passed at least 3. Finally it happened. I was starting to enjoy what little LTE I got when it faded in from 3G to 4G every once in awhile. Next the phone, I went with the easy pay plan and accepted the free tablet. (Sucker) This was supposed to omit me from a contract, but of course no. The tablet puts you on a contract, which is not very nice, and has 100 mb of data. This plays in later. I went to pay off my phone via credit card since it was financed. This is where the real nightmare begins. The agent over the phone accidentally charges it to my checking account throwing it negative, which was never authorized at all. Basically when it all comes down to it was never fixed. They never refunded my account properly and I ended up paying with my card for the balance. In short summary, a negative checking account, a charged card, termination fees, and charged for next bill moths bill. 1000 Expended just like that, just to put up with terrible signal service and to get absolutely terrible customer service for far too long. They act like they want to help but they don't. You'll waste hours, and then you'll realize they could care less about you. Never get Sprint. Ever. One day you'll most likely end up regretting it like me. My biggest regret so far.
