Long-time customer and very happy

I'm saddened to see all the awful reviews on this site! I have been a customer for close to ten years now and everything has always been pretty great. I get service everywhere and have never had a call dropped as a result of my service. The GPS is awesome, things load very quickly, and 4G is expanding every day. The only thing I would like to change is better discounts on phones. My HTC Evo 4G has been almost useless for a couple months now (through no fault of Sprint, they've done a good job working with me on it) and unfortunately the upgrade price is too high for me. Overall I say bravo, Sprint!

I would never recommend sprint

I have been a loyal sprint customer for over 2 years, I always pay my bill on time and had never had or caused an issues UNTIL now. After my experience with sprint over the last week I would never suggest this company to anyone, my HTC EVO's charger port disconnected from the mother board, I took it to a sprint repair store after waiting for almost 45 min they informed that they could not fix it there because it is internal and I would have to but a claim in with insurance dept. and would have to pay a $100 deductible for the phone. I would have no problem paying this deductible if it where something that I had caused to damage the phone HOWEVER this was not the case. So I called sprint after spending over a hour on the phone with them a manager told me that he was going to but in a claim as an advance exchange and waive the $100 deductible. I was happy with this BUT I called back in 2 days later to make sure he had done this however he did not nor did he note my account. SO after I spent another 1 1/2 hours on the phone I was told a supervisor would contact me within 24 hours .. that never happened so I called back again 2 days later after another hour on the phone the issue was still not resolved which then my phone died and so I had to call back again the next day spent another 45 min on the phone where they told me because the manager never put the notes in the account that they could not waive the $100 fee, which I told them at that point that I had spent over 4 hours on the phone with sprint over the last few days and that I would be cheaper for me to just cancel my account, which they said they had no problem doing. So all in all I will be cancelling my account due to the fact that if it?s that they have no value for their customers especially the ones that always pay their accounts on time and not to mention pay for on of the highest plans they have. BUT unfortunately for them my company also has all 120 of our company phones with them and after all this they will most likely be loosing that account as well . SO if you are thinking about getting sprint I would highly suggest looking at your other options, find a company that actually values their customers

Bad Quality, Bad Service!

Hey guys, stay away from Sprint. Less than a month after getting the EVO 3d, the SD card corrupted and sprint blamed me for it, saying I loaded pictures and that did it...which I haven't. They don't pay for the SD card, nor does insurance cover it. I talked to three operators, all who said they can't offer a solution. Help spread the word. I will put this post on all social media and review sites regarding Sprint.

SPRINT SUCKS

I went to Sprint for $79.99 unlimited, but no where in the broshcure does it show $79.99, I end up paying $100. The phones are awesome, but customer service sucks. I went to sprint to get my number switched from a contract phone to a virgin mobile phone, the sales rep didn't know how to do that, he asked if i wouldn't mind if he went and helped other customers, I said that's fine, but i'm really thinking, I dont know how to activate this phone and u wana help others, thanks a lot u stupid sales rep. He says, he didn't know how to help me, I called Sprint and made my complaint, but they probably wont do anything about that. Knowing how that sprint employee treated me, he should have called someone to help me instead of leaving me high and dry cause I felt embarrassed just standing there with no one to help me. Finally, he sends me to Best Buy in Amarillo and nice young lady from the wireless team got me taken care of real quick. Until Sprint makes major changes, doesn't false advertise and gets rid of contracts, I'm not going back. Virgin Mobile and Boostmobile are better

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE/WAY TOO EXPENSIVE

I was with this company for eleven years, WAY too long!!! I figured that every carrier out there is the same, so that?s why I stuck with them; careless on my part. They have the worst customer service (in the stores, on-line, and over the phone), never reach out to loyal customers (which I certainly was) to offer any incentive, and are way over priced for what you actually get. I would advise anyone who is thinking of switching to sprint to explore your options. They have treated me like garbage and made mistake after mistake for eleven years! I'm quite sure it would not be any different for anyone else.

THE WORST PHONE CARRIER IN THE WORLD!

I have only had sprint for about 3 months now I am completely dissatisfied with sprint! The customer service representatives are disgustingly rude, the financial department representatives are even worst, and it seems that the leader of them all the supervisors are leading the pack! They are absolutely the worst ever, you spend absolutely too much time on the phone with them, and they can never solve an issue. They have hidden charges, and when they need to do research on your account they can only go about so far! The 3g service is HORRIBLE and having an Iphone with sprint is the biggest fail in life! By far the worst experience of my life! The Unlimited Plan is a big time fraud! 450 mins to call landline phone and then unlimited mobile to mobile, a waste of time its 79.99 rounds out to about 100.00....I can see the reason of it being so cheap! Poor Supervisor Service award goes to Ronald, and his partner in crime Ben! Same Finance Department. A waste of my time NEVER AGAIN I recommend this company to no one

Horrible Customer Service

I've had problems with my phone (which should have been upgraded already but I was a month short on them changing their rules to have updates every 2 years now. When I contacted customer service with a phone that barely works, they told me my next update is in June so I can wait until then or buy a preowned phone. Seeing as I should have already had an upgrade, I don't see this as an acceptable response.

Treats people who pay more better

I my self have 2 lines with them.if my phone was to even slow down they would replace it no questions asked.My wife had a samsung nexus s and one morning we woke up to find it on fire because of the charger. sprint said to take it to a store and they would replace it we said we didnt want that model they informed us that was the only option or they would send a fie marshal to our house to prove it was our house that caused it.

Worst Service Ever!

Dont choose Sprint, you'll regret it. Ive had my phone for a year and nine months. It seems like I go in the Sprint store once every three weeks for the same problem. This service is just bullshit.

WORST CELL PHONE COMPANY

I have been with sprint for years, my mom and I were on the same plan. This last winter we decided it would be best for us to have our own plans. First they kept both us on family plans after our split. For the past 3 months now my bill has all the weird charges. My bill should be about $70 the last three months its been about $150...
