anything to sell the product

I have been with sprint for 6 years now and just signed up again. I was activating 3 new phones so asked them to wave the fee because i was told at a sprint store that they would do that for good customers. They said they would. Now i see my bill and they didn't. Spoke to a supervisor, no can do. Nice sprint, good job i don't think so last contract with you. Don't promise something you can't deliver just to sell the product.

Swindled

My phone the Samsung Galaxy S is turning green and then eventually the screen just fades to black. I brought it in and was told that this is common with this phone and that it could be fixed in a hour. I foolishly did not get the insurance on it, and when he found this out suddenly when I return for my phone an hour later; it cannot be fixed because it needs a new mother board. The phone is not even a year old. I went online and found that it should only be the flexy cable that needs replacing. But a girl with no coverage is a sitting duck and now they say I will have to buy a new hone. The 4G never works, the Wi-Fi connects if you're lucky. Text message often come back with error messages. Forget watching any videos without an hour of buffering or loading. In addition I often have to drop the battery and restart it because it freezes, or when I make a call there is no sound until the phone is restarted.

Poor customer service

I just spent 2 hours on the phone with Sprint personnel and my problems were not resolved. In June I placed 2 of my lines on seasonal hold based on information from the Sprint employee that placed my account in Seasonal hold stating I would save money but would pay $8.99 per line. I normally pay $160 per month for my account and the last 3 charges have been $160, $120, and $240. Based on this information I will be paying an extra $40 to place my lines on hold even though the person I contacted in June said it would save me money. Tonight I was transferred 5 different times (2 times incorrectly) and finally spoke to Theresa from Colorado Lone Tree extension 3214 and told her my situation. She was the one that told me it actually wouldn't benefit me to place my lines on seasonal standby and so that's why I'm paying more than I normally would. I asked her to at least show some semblance of empathy and understanding of my situation (being told incorrect information and being transferred incorrectly which ultimately led me to have been on the phone for 2 hours today) and credit my account something. I asked her multiple times and she kept stating she couldn't give me a $70 credit, which I did not ask to receive. I will be cancelling my 1 line and then cancel my 2 other lines as soon as the time is up. I will also place this on every sprint forum I possibly can. I will also bring my case to smalls claim court. I know Theresa could have been empathetic and understanding, but she was completely cold. She alone lost the account for Sprint. I know she could have done something, but did Nothing instead.

Spotty amd horrible service are Sprint's headliners

I currently have Virgin Mobile which is basically bargain re-branded sprint service. Virgin's plans boast being able to talk text and use data everywhere, believe me it is everything but. Sprint's service works literally nowhere, so what good is a phone plan with everything, if you can't use any of it? Also, Sprint's network is so spotty to the extreme of on one side of a room, you will have full service, and two steps away your phone won't have any service at all. If you can manage to make a call the sound quality is horrific, a rock would sound better, the person's voice goes in and out and you can't catch a word their saying through all of the static, and this is with full bars. Most of the time, when you attempt to place a call it will drop it as soon as the person picks up, or quite soon after. Also, 8 times out of 10 when you go to send a text, it will fail to send and sometimes it will fail to send after multiple times trying to re-send, Sprint's network also is slow in delivering texts sent to you, i've had anything from getting a text someone sent me 15 minutes after to 3 days later! Sprint's data is as slow as dial-up, and that's withput being throttled. Also after you use 2 GB of data, you get throttled down to even slower speeds than Sprint's usual slow as dial-up speeds. Customer service is a joke as the advisors can barely speak english, let alone help you with a technical problem. Bottom line, don't get Sprint or any other type of service which uses Sprint, all you will have is alot of anger, dropped calls, un-sent/late texts and dial up speed data and customer service reps that will get nasty and even hang up on you

Sprint Messes Things Up Big Time!

I am currently using Sprint. It's service sucks (everywhere I go it either has no service or it is on roaming,) they messed up my phone order (I had ordered the iPhone 4s but they sent me an HTC EVO 4G and wouldn't take it back,) the employees were always rude and when I just needed help with my phone's software they made me pay over 100 dollars just to get advice at their store. I would love to switch to another phone company, but alas I cannot. My company gives me a small discount on Sprint services.

I am aVeteran and a Sprint Stockholder and I still got Riped Off!!

I am a Army Veteran and a Sprint Stockholder and I still got ripped off. I went in last month June 2012 and got new phones and a new contract. I was told with a AAA membership my fees were waived. upon my first bill I had an extra $111 on the bill, when I called they stated That it was from upgrade fees that werent covered by AAA, so the Sprint store and Sprint customer service both are liars and cheats. so to Sprint I am cashing in my Stock today and getting rid of my other two lines, and I hope you get bought out by a more reputable company who doesnt rip off anybody especialy Veterns who put thier life on the line so that you can operate in a free society. You Assholes!

Beware of this company....

We had service through another carrier for decades without any problems. To save money, we switched to Sprint in January of this year and have regretted it since. Every month we have to spend time on the phone trying to dispute charges, and have even had to contact the Arizona Attorney General. At this point, we just want out of our contact, but Sprint wants $1050.00 to do that. Our only recourse is to take them to Justice Court. Anybody want to join us??? Also, their coverage area is absolutely the WORST.

for over a year, usually no service at home, then things just got worse, they bullshit you and pretend to help, but are clueless.. or lying... finally my partner was hung up on, and i am leaving, they better save the money they get charging people for terminating their contracts... or they will be history

WORST EVER

I wish I never would have got service thru Sprint -I have so many wrong charges in which I have to call & dispute every month- save your self the frustration & use a different carrier!!!! HORRIBLE to deal with.
