Sprint sucks!

Posted on: November 23rd, 2012 by Michelle Conant

I have been a customer for several years and have been dealing with crappy service for years -the past 6 months has been by far the worst, they try to charge for getting out of contract and only way they will let me out is by sending in a phone i just bought out of pocket. They have the worst service all around ever! Screw Sprint, go with verizon..that is what my cell says when i try to call customer service from my sprint cellular half of the time.

I Am Glad I Don't Have to Deal With Them

Posted on: November 21st, 2012 by Chris Jones

I remember buying their WiFi device and it was suppose to have unlimited data. As we all know they changed that which is alteration of a contract and then didn't want to let me out of the contract. After numerous calls to customer service and a Manager that was as rude as hell I finally filed a complaint with the Attorney General to get it resolved. FYI there are other less expensive unlimited services out there http://123tellme.com offers a great one that you can even qualify to get your service for free.

Don't Get Screwed Go Elsewhere

Posted on: November 20th, 2012 by Edward Bucci Jr.

Sprint is unreliable and there customer service is also! I live in Philadelphia a major city and sprint towers are too far n few and the ones that are around, i have been told several times by customer service that they are down for maintenence and i would be credited on my bill (they lied about that too) for the inconvenience, to find out when I call back that I was not only lied too but the towers are fine. I have an additional line on my account and that phone too was also left without service for a week because they changed there tower over and never contacted my girlfriend about it or me to how to fix it till after 5 phone calls to tech support. So that's 5 days of no service that I paid for and never got credited for. My phone I got from sprint was defective, so i paid a 35$ fee to get a replacement to only find the same issues with the replacement phone! So they sent me a downgraded phone when I bought my phone for 250$, so now i have a downgraded phone with no goggle wallet, NFC support which I paid for with the old phone and I used a lot, plus they made me mail back the phone I flat out paid for. Screw this company! The signal still goes in and out and when I need to make calls I can't majority of the time. Plus I found out people send me texts and I don't get them till days later, same with phone calls going straight to voicemail and not ringing. Sprint so far is on my list of phone companies is at the bottom of my cell provider list I will be trying Verizon or back to AT&T (had issues with dropped calls with AT&T but compared to sprint much better company with minor annoyances).

Going Going GONE!

Posted on: November 11th, 2012 by Karen Owens

Quality went down. Dropped calls. Bill went up. Customer service no longer exist. I have been loyal customer over 13 years. Have 3 phones with them..1 smart and 2 regular. I turned down a free phone with another company because Sprint gave good customer service...told everyone but then it changed. They closed down US call centers. I always got Mexico, Phillipines or India. If asked for US agent they hang up on you. When I complained quality of call went down....there was nothing documented in my record. They said they were building new towers and my sons smart phone was dropping cause they old towers coldnt support. I said well mine drops more than his...they said my phone was too old. LOL. They promised to give me credit AFTER the new towers were built. New towers are done and our calls are still dropping....in areas where I always had calls before. As for the credit...I pay $200 a month and lost over half of all calls for 9 months...They want to give me a $155 credit.Oh and they say they never promised to do that. Im gone. Phones still dont work now like they did before the new towers. His excuse is well you cant expect them too cause theres more data going through the lines. All I want is the call to work@!

Varies by Location

Posted on: November 9th, 2012 by Bruce Warner

Had to visit my local Sprint store for a phone problem. An actual Sprint store. Really cruddy service. I drove home and called customer service and they took care of everything. I've been a Sprint customer for quite awhile, and I find that they are mostly good and provide excellent service in my area, there is, however, always that one individual that makes people go someplace where they can complain to no end.

Sprint Destroys Battery With OTA Update & Expects Me To Pay For It

Posted on: October 30th, 2012 by Anonymous

Two different Sprint store employees told me Sprint had sent an OTA update, and that it caused the batteries to be affected and become swollen, which causes the phone to randomly shut off. Apparently, because I've had my phone for over a year, it no longer has a warranty, meaning this isn't covered even though the issue was caused by Sprint. I was told I could purchase a new battery, but that it wouldn't be replaced by Sprint, even though they broke it. I asked about the insurance I have, and apparently, all that does is gives me discounted rates if something needs to be replaced. Stay away from Sprint as they have highly unethical practices. I wrote more more detail about this on my website: http://sethalling.com/blog/sprint-cannot-be-trusted-why-customer-service-is-important/

Not A Good Company

Posted on: October 23rd, 2012 by Nicky Love

I have been with sprint 4 over 3 years. I got a bill for 180.48 for going over my minutes + 69.99 for my regular plan + 15.49 taxes. To resolve this matter they wanted to up my plan which mean I would have to pay more and in return they would take 30% off of the 180 I said Im trying to pay less not more. I didn't want to up my plan so they said no deal. And also they want 350 to cancel my contract.

Runnnnnn!!!

Posted on: October 23rd, 2012 by Johanna Mendez

Is full of it. I walk in their store for an Iphone 4s bout it and didn't like it, so i return it. Then I got the Galaxy 3 but unpond arrival to my home i realize th bill was going extremely expensive ($112.00 monthy) so i dicided to cancel with in the 14 days they give you to cancel without penalty. # month later I get a letter from collection stating I have a balance of a $100.00 when I when I never used the phone. I call the collection agrncy to inquired about this letter, the customer service staff told me that they were charging me for activation fee because the phone was with me for more than 3 days. But check this out; noone ever mentioned it. Is like they make up their own stuff as they go. I really hate this company. Runnnn as fas as possible from it.
