The Sprint service is terrible!!!

I live exactly 7 miles from NYC, the largest city in the US, and I get dropped calls several times a day - every day! I would almost expect occasional dropped calls if I lived in a low populated, mountain area but not here in northenr NJ. Bottom line...the Sprint service sucks!!!

Customer service bad

I decided to upgrade my phone. First phone was delivered to wrong address. Second phone did not work right. Customer service has been very rude and very unhelpful.

Was with Sprint 1 week and lost $350.00 (even while in grace period)

BEWARE! First they sold a phone on back order & said it would be delivered in 3-5 days. It never came. This went on. Finally they cancelled the order & reordered with different phone. Worked like garbage. They cancelled my port request. they finally ported in my cell phone number to my internet. They finally ported my cell to my cell. Fed up, I cancelled in grace period. Now they say I accessed the internet on the cell phone while I was sitting at work on my computer. And are charging me for something I did not use or know how to use. In customer service they have hung up on me multiple times and put me on hold and went home fro the night!

Horrible Service

I needed to cancel my service and it has taken two months. I had this account for several years, but was never given a PIN number. The only way they will verify your account is with a PIN number...so I had to wait for them to send it and finally they agreed to cancel my account at the end of this next billing cycle. Congratulations Sprint you have swindled me out of two more payments!!!!

Worst Customer Service-EVER

I have been a Sprint customer for the past 6 years. Year after year I have seen the company grow bigger and as they grow bigger, they just get fro good to bad to worst ever. Zero customer service and the most annoying experience EVER. If you are looking for a phone service providers that sends you a new net bill amount every month, and to deal with the most painful customers service....please do consider Sprint as your top choice and not to forget, they charge you $10 premium service charges but no service.

Dooped By SPRINT!

DOOPED!!! Do NOT fall for their tactics. From the misleading sales rep to the customer service. I explained I was coming from Verizon and I not only want, but need the same coverage. I explained I can talk on my phone with Verizon service in my basement and have never once had a dropped call. I explained I left SPRINT 4yrs ago due to the crazy amount of dropped calls and not being able to download anything without just giving up. That is when the rep assured me about the great 4G coverage and SPEED! NOT!!! I do use my phone for work and pleasure so it is extremely important to have coverage when needed. I live in a major populated Metro area in MI. So the coverage should be available. The rep sold my wife and I on the 4G service and how fast this phone is going to be and evan demonstrated it for us the apps, internet and the games. But what they DO NOT tell you is when you are in the sprint store they have a magnified signal by the antenna they have installed that makes the phone service seem like a dream. Oh but when you get your new shiny phone home and its searching and searching and searching (you get the idea) and you think wtf happen?!? it was so fast almost instant at the SPRINT STORE! I live exactly one mile from the Sprint store so their is no way its due to where I live....DOOPED I TELL YOU!!! 4G Is only available in ONE city in MI Grand Rapids Population of 189k wow sprint you really went all out with the great 4G coverage you blast in our face daily!!! Explain that! Then when you call customer service and explain you live by many towers ... you get oh thats the problem you live to close to the towers. I live to close to the towers how about when I am on the road dropped calls and no internet. Oh well that is because you are in motion and Sprint does not guarantee service in motion and when in doors. Are you kidding me 90% of our nation depend on cell phones and dont even have a home phone anymore and you are going to tell me you cannot guarantee. And it doesnt matter how many times you call, you will get a different person but the same o'l phone script. Then you ask what about the 4G service that you advertise DAILY about? oh its coming. When? Soon? Trust me I sadly regret every time I attempt to use my Sprint phone for leaving Verizon to save a few bucks...my advise to you pay the few bucks and save yourself the headache of this mess of a company, dropped calls and constant search of internet service...that OVER promises and under delivers. I learned my leason this time. I do not care what SPRINT has to offer now or in the future they will never earn my business back ever ever again. Sincerely Mr & Mrs Dooped

Bad service and expensive

The service is very expensive, even when you want to leave the contract. There is a chart for paying if you leave the contrast; well you should sum unexpected quantity. For example I owed 320 fro one device plus 50 for another, well the total came for 449. The explanation? Only sprint understand it. The internet is slow, the quality of the signal isn't good, even with cell in the same company. In a fact: I don't recommend it for anybody. Some company without contract, like simple mobile are much better

activation fee

my wife lost her phone and we went and got her a replacement under my upgrade. the next day someone returned her phone and we canceled the upgrade. It states in sprint (You may have to return any product purchased with the service before your account will be canceled. Customers are responsible for all their usage charges (included but not limited to Monthly Rate Charges, add-ons, casual or out-of-plan usage and related taxes and Sprint surcharges). However, if service is canceled within 3 days of activation, the activation/upgrade fee will be refunded.) YOU MAY, they didnt say you have to. But I canceled the upgrade and service to the new phone within two days. so we argued about it, they say there going to call back, never did.I called them back, we talked for another 15-20 mins and they said they will call back. Guess what? they never did. What the heck kind of customer support is this. I really believe that sprint will go downhill fast if they keep this up.

Sprint Customer Service Sucks!

I was told by a Sprint Rep that we would only be charged one activation fee because we were porting over 5 phones from AT&T well when I seen the first bill there was only one charge on there. Then when I recieved the next bill there were 4 other charges on there. When I called to dispute the charges I was told there was nothing they could do because the person I spoke with had not noted my account. However, in the same conversation I was told that was an on-line offer they were giving. I can't fatham why they can offer it on-line but couldn't apply it my account since I had done it at a Sprint Retailer. REALLY!!!!!! Agravated.

Don't go Sprint!!!!! Awful Customer Service!!! They Don't Care About Their Customers!

Customer service is horrible. The representatives all appear to be polite and helpful at first, but they all give different and conflicting information and the managers are even worse. It takes hours of frustration to resolve any issues. I can't wait for my contract to be up so I can switch. Don't go sprint or you will be sorry! If I could give a zero rating I would.
